I got the same email and I am worried bc I gave my information to him beings I was desperate for a job. What should I do? I have a kid and very concerned for safety! He did have a different number on mine started with 850

I'm amazing this guy is still doing this, I hate scammers. This job offer was in Washington state. I received the exact same email. When I asked about the name of the company and several very simple questions about his job, the company, what they did, etc. he gave me a link to a website for an art gallery in AUSTRALIA, which took 4 different emails to even get out of him. Obviously things were fishy. He continued to refuse to answer any of my questions, which was odd because he had no problem emailing me over and over again. I hope this guy gets caught, I'm contacting my local authorities about it. I hope everyone else does the same.

Same email, Frederick, MD. I didn't send my personal info. I sent an email asking the name of his company and he replied with the same emails as above.

You don't have to put money out of your pocket, all you have to do is have packages shipped to your house and do my shopping. You are allowed to open the packages to reveal its content. All expenses and taxes will be paid by me including your weekly salaries.
No heavy packages is involved! You can do the shopping at any nearest stores. You will be shopping for Art Materials and clothing sorting out my delivers and packages. I will provide you my personal UPS account number for Shipping. All you have to do is provide my account number to UPS and shipping charges will be applied into the account. I will provide clear set of instructions for each task I need done as well the funds to cover them.You will be working 3 days in a week and you're to choose any 3 days of the week from Monday to Saturday that will be preferable to you and you will be working 4 hrs in these 3 days and that will be from 9 am-1 pm and we will be offering you $300.00 per week.

I live in Albuquerque and received the EXACT same email.  I was suspicious and I'm glad I researched the number.  I used to work in a call center where people from out of country would try using illegitimate cashier's checks to get good shipped to them by finding people to send them stuff they located on craigslist or online ads.  Thank you all for your information.

Literally just got the same email as well.  The email seems sketch and of course I had to google this dude.  I found the ad from craigslist baltimore.

I am so grateful that I double checked the number and the name.  Thank you for posting your comments.  It is a shame that people are just trying to get a job and are trying to be scammed.  That's exceptionally devious.  I just received an email almost identical to yours. I applied for a title clerk job in Norfolk Virginia.  To a very specific and realistic ad.  Got response BELOW from some guy, says his name is  Mike Bradford   using this email  michael.bradford102@outlook.com.  The title clerk job at his dealership is filled ( yet still being run) but he wants me to be his Personal Assistant.  English is not his first language, and he wants me to buy and ship and receive stuff for him at my home.
