This number is TonerRefillKits in Tavares, Florida.  I buy their excellent, low-cost toner refills, so I am on their customer list, and they phoned me and asked if I'm completely satisfied with my last purchase and if I'd like discount coupons for my next purchases - yes thank you.  But sometimes their name doesn't pop up on my Caller ID, so I googled it and found it here.  They are a very legit business; their owner John Galt says to please call them if they called you by mistake, and they will pull your number off their customer list.  (And, no, I'm not related to them or work for them - I'm just a customer.)
