Call from this number to my cell phone came in around 4:30pm Monday July 29, 2013. My number is on the National Do Not Call List. Again, a GOVERNMENT failure.
I never agreed or signed up for Active Prize. I want their address and phone number, trust me I will stop them!

415-697-0495 is telemarketing, they want you to answer yes to one of their services so they can take your money. Don't Answer it's a waste of time
