Yes, Yes the liars hit me to! I just got a charge for 4.97 on my bank statement 8/15/12 .. I have had to make changes to my account and the trouble it is causing me will not be over looked either ,As an Advocate for people with disabilities I plan to use my contacts and resources to follow this through .Legally BRATT Co. should watch it , what comes around , goes around YA' know...

Saw the charge today and contacted my bank's fraud department. Now am waiting for resolution to this.

Yep, the b*****ds got my number, too, but my bank's security & fraud department caught it.  Of course, I had to destroy my card & waiting for a new one to come in.

I was just called by my credit card co for a charge from BRATT COMPANY for $4.97 on my Government Credit Card.

Today is 6/13/12 My visa debit card also was just charged that same $4.97 from the same "BRATTCOMPANY"! Yep, they sunk as low as stealing money from a military member! I don't fight for freedom so someone can freely take my money! Someone needs to put a stop to it! This has been going on too long and too many people have been affected!

This just happened to me today 6-3-12. I have set up to cancel my card and get a replacement. I don't believe I got a call from that #. And have not used my card on the internet. Not sure how they got my info. But sure is scary to know anyone can just do that. Not like I have money to spare. I'm not even working at this time. So every penny counts. Can't we just line these people up and shoot them for this. That would be. True justice.

I was just notified from my bank that I was also scammed. It was from Bratt.Compant LLC. They scammed me for $4.97 as well as others. Luckaly my bank was aware of other customers that have been scammed by this same company and this alerted them to contact me. I am in shock still. I do not normally order anything online. I just ordered from Vista Print and Amazon.com. I am not sure what web site they may have gotten my debit card info from, however I will never order anything online again. I have a very sick husband and am the only one working. It may seem like a small amount $4.97, but for me it is alot. I hope something is done about these people and quick.

I had the same thing happen to me, from this Bratt Company LLC.  I looked online to find out that this company commits fraud.  The other day, I decided to open my Google Autofill and place in my debit card information.  Then all of a sudden this $4.97 charge happened as an EFT Debit Withdrawl.  I went into Autofill and deleted my information.  I will have to get a replacement card on monday.  DON'T ever put your credit card information into the computer. especially AUTOFILL.  Your computer is constantly being spied upon.  That's how they got my information.  I did not make a purchase, I was at home when this transaction occurred, I didn't order online for anything, and there wasn't a phone call made to them.  But they left all of their fraudulent information with my bank that showed up in my checking account.  Withdrawl (EFT) BRATTCOMPANY.CO, LLC (352-397-2859) FL US 11:09:59pm.

I did not get a call but $4.97 was taken out my checking account by my debit (EFT) card on March 15, 2012.  I don't like to have my credit information on line, but I did use Autofill button with Google to put in the debit card number.  I think my computer is infected now because of the using the Autofill.  I took out my debit card number, and I will now contact my bank on monday to get a replacement card.  I did not get any phone call, this fraudulent company accessed by computer through Google Autofill to get my information.  
I will not ever do this again.  Computers are not safe from Spys.  I am going to look for a program to stop this.

Bill posted on my checking account without my authorization and will be filing a complaint as well as notifying my bank.

This doesn"t make any Fcking since. I just had the same thing happen to me. a charge of $4.97 TAKEN from my account on 2/18/2012. I hope these fckers pay for their actions. I guess I'll have to cancel my account too.

I received an email from my bank saying they suspect a fraudulent charge, I reviewed my account and a 4.97 charge from Bratt Company in Crestview FL was being processed.

I wish I knew how they got a hold of the info because it is a secondary acct for me that I only use as a debit charge maybe once a month. I've never used it with Amazon, but I did recently register it with "Upromise" Other than that, I am at a loss as to how they could have got that info. My bank had already shut my card off and they will be crediting the account if the charges aren't stopped/reversed.

I am a frequent customer of Amazon and have also been hit by BRATTCOMPANY.COM for $4.97.  Don't know if I'll be using Amazon again.

Be VERY careful with AMAZON. I have been hit three times. Once by a company pretending to be Apple I-tunes for $1.97 and now Brattcompany for $4.97. Each time this has happened was shortly after I used Amazon. Each time I had to cancel my cards and reissue a new card.

I have decided to buy a Visa prepaid card. Only keep enough money on there to make on-line purchases. This is a major inconvience but I'm sick of switching out credit cards every year.

these people have hit me twice, first last year under a different name, I am wondering if they are getting the credit card info through amazon.com ..anyone else here have the card that was stolen registered on amazon.com also?

I went online today to see if my check had posted to my account and seen a chg. of $4.97 on my account and called the bank to see what type of chg. this was.  I did advise them that this was not a auth. chg.  It was from Bratt.Com LLC.  Then I went on line to see who this company was and all this scam info started to come up.  I immediately filed a complaint with the gov.  I don't know who these ppl. are.  They don't know how much problems I have to go threw w/o my bank card for 7 days.

Checked my Citizens account balance today and noticed a charge of $4.97 from Brattcompany.C.  Googled the name and all of this fraud information came up.  How can these people possibly be getting away with this??? Very annoyed!!

I want to know how they got my checking account info, they charged me $1.97 and I have never heard of them until 12-14-2011 when this charge showed up on my account.

Same thing $4.97 BRATTCOMPANY.COM LLC 352-397-2859 FL my bank caught it I would not have ever noticed that. they locked out my card so I had to look into it. Had the charges reversed hopefully they catch these people just horrible that people can get away with stuff like that.

Here it is nearly a YEAR after the first comment here and they are STILL getting away with this crap!!  UGH!!!!   I just had to cancel my debit card cause these a-holes got me for $4.97.  How pathetic for these losers that they have no better life than to rip others off.

11/14/2011: Brattcompany.co 5945 with a charge of $4.97.  Fraudulent billing on my CC, bank said to call 352-397-2859 to rectify billing with the company.  I didn't call them, didn't want them to get my phone number too.  Please see this website; http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-352-397-2859 as it explains everything. You will need to cancel your card and get another one.

These crooks are still at it.  My business Visa card had a hold put on it after one of these same $4.97 charges.  The issuing bank's fraud department called & we cancelled the card.  Luckily they're overnighting me a new one, but still a pain to get the autopays moved over.
