Same here. He replied to me the same messages. I tried to get into his scam and I received more messages such as:

Dear __________,

Thanks for your response. As it was stated in my previous email, my company's name is Electronics And Wireless Design Ltd and its located at 18, Millom Place, Gateshead, NE9 6YY, United Kingdom. After review of your details, I am glad to inform you that your application has been approved and I have accepted you as my personal assistant. Your official start date is Monday, December 3rd 2012. One of my clients will send you a payment of $1950 between Monday, December 3rd 2012 and Wednesday, December 5th 2012. I will keep you posted as soon as the payment is sent to you. As soon as you receive the payment, take it to your bank and have it deposited into your account. As soon as you have the funds available in your account, deduct $300 for your first week payment, also deduct and keep $550 with you until further instruction. Then send the balance of $1100 to the electronic store am purchasing some electronics from through western union money transfer . I will email you the information needed to send the money to the electronic store as soon as the payment is sent to you.

Accept my congratulations and please confirm to let me know that this email has been received.

Yes. I got the same email and it sounded fishy so I google him and I was right. What person with his own company will have you cash the checks.  Wouldn't the checks go to his company? And then he would pay you for his services?

Got an email today after I replied to his ad on Craigslist for an assistant. He's calling himself Franklin Hackwork & it's definitely an electronics mule situation.

I got an email this morning. He went by 'Frank Hackworth'.

Scammer using the name "Franklin Wyatt" posting fake job ads on craigslist.  He is looking for "mules" to buy and forward merchandise (using fake checks or compromised credit card info) to him overseas.
