Another good block company is Mr Number. That is who I use on my phone. Its a free app. Just google Mr. Number.

These are notorious scammers and criminals. If you call them back, you are simply confirming your number so they can put it on more sucker lists and you get more junk phone calls.

Either you're hopelessly stupid or you're part of this filthy rotten SCAM. Or both.

It's from a company called WN Positions...internet based job search/placement company. You would have had to have indicated somewhere online that you were interested in searching for job placement. They also collect your data from 3rd party survey questionnaires. If you call the number back it will give you automated options to have your number removed from their call services.

If you're using a smartphone download a call blocker app. I have an Android device, so I use Embware Blocker. It's free and very flexible when it comes to what numbers you want to block. You can block anyone not in your contacts list, private numbers, or numbers you've specifically chosen to block by adding them to the blacklist.

This is the second time they called me WN positions.  I am not looking for a job...I have a job.  Wonder how I can block it on my cell.  Going to contact my provider.

This call just woke me up.  The same thing as listed with previous recipients of this call.  This is my private cell phone only given out to certain individuals and companies.  I did not call back as I did not recognize the number.  That is how I found this page.  And they left no message.  I too as well have been getting a lot of unwanted calls recently.

WN Positions. Wanting to ask about a survey I recently filled out. Kept breaking up though so I just hung up. Didn't get to ask more about who or what they were.

Well I just received a call from this number 352-577-8991 and it came on my cell, which I dont give out that number other then to close friends and family and  I did not answer cause I did not recognize the number nor did it show a name and they did not leave a voice message.  My phone is on the no call list and dont know who it could have been.

I have received this type of call a couple of times already. It is very annoying that the person does not identify the company and only speaks of a "survey". When you state that you don't remember the survey he gets annoyed and hangs up.

I recieved a call today from 352-577-8991. I did not recognize the number so I did not answer. I have only given my number out to a select few people so I am not sure where the caller got it.

The number is managed by Level 3 Communications. The calls are a violation of the company's Acceptable Use Policy. You can file a complaint by calling them at 877-453-8353 and asking to speak to someone in the fraud department.

Don't waste any time trying to ask questions or talk to "Joseph" (or whatever representative calls you); it's  not a human. It's a computer generated voice. You'll get the same runaround when you call back and magically speak to "Chris." I'm guessing he's run from the same computer that keeps "Joseph" up and calling people all day.

Although we are on the DO NOT CALL list, I sadly answered because I didn't have my glasses on & thought it was a friend. Call said nothing and hung up at the 4 second mark.
I keep a spread sheet of odd calls and suggest you do to. Develop a record for potential usage for any legal action that could come of this BS.

I received a call from this number yesterday regarding a "survey" I had supposedly completed.  It is a call made through the internet as a "voIP" phone.

received call did not know number did not answer and no message sent.  This is not from someone that I know.

Calling to follow-up on an online survey I completed.  I told him I do not complete surveys and what company he's calling from.  He continued with I have a few questions to ask to make sure the best job can be provided for me.  I asked again what company is this...then he closed by saying, I hope your future endeavors are accomplished.  I then said why are your lying...hung up.
