Got the call, missed it, no VM, didnt call back.

yeah it's a lot cheaper than deploying all those black helicopters hehe

If you visit ANY goverment website, IRS, ect... or affiliates then you WILL recieve one of these calls and your phone WILL have a program loaded onto it even if you dont answer! This program is a goverment tool designed to aid them in the possibility that you are a terrorist, the program or app. as some may call it is actually stealth spyware to 'watch' you and make sure you are not involved in any inappropriate missbehaviour. They will then scan all of your incoming and outgoing messages for 'keywords', if any are recognized the program will then patch a live person into your phone's camera and microphone and 'listen and watch' in real time, even if your phone is turned off, and in some cases, for a short time, even if your battery has been removed. They cant watch everyone, not enough man power, but you will be recorded and eventually reviewed. This is all done on a auto priority risk evaluation and WILL be patched live if the program decides it is neccessary. NO people this is NOTconspiracy crap/ This is info that you or anybody can easily obtain if you care to put any effort into verifying this. Please do yourselves a favor and 'educate yourself' on this.

Got a call from them around 4pm. Didn't answer it because I didn't recognize the #, didn;t leave a vm. I live in MI. Tried to call the # back but it only rang once then busy tone.

Called my cell phone Feb. 3, 2012, 15:16 E.S.T. Some pre-recorded cruise offer, at least I think. They kept blowning a boat horn in the background so I couldn't hear the guy talk. Unknown Company; Solicitation offer?

Got a call from this number after visiting Department of Labor site.

i just got a call, and ignored it, i looks like theve called alot of people today

Called saying I won a free cruise and needed to answer 10 questions.  Hung up before the questions.

Same thing missed the call and when I called back I just got a busy signal now that I think of it I have received call from this number in the past saying I won something Blah Blah "This is your captain speaking climb onboard..." Blah Blah I just hang up.

Just got a phone call 2:20pm,  the line was dead until I said hello and then some recording started blabing about I won some crap, yeah right so I hung up!

Just got a call from this number, but as I didn't recognize it I just accepted and hung up. Glad I did as last think I need right now is a horn in my ear with my ear infection. If it does call again though I think I will follow someone else's lead here and try to sell them something and see how they like it

Just called me, in in Newport Beach, CA. They told me I won a free cruise!!!! Yesssss!!!!! Finally!!! I knew my day would come!!!

Got a call more than once and call back twice. Same thing, one ring hang up

Called, 12:30PM, EST, no message.

I answered it, and it's a recording saying I won tickets for some place, I hung up.

They called me at 1:17 EST and didn't leave a voicemail

This is a solicitation call to my cell.  Please stop them.
