Same intro as above, wanted to check state of residence and income range. Told them it was none of their business.

Received a call on 9/3/13 at 8:47.  Caller ID said Ralph Halliwell and showed a local number of 210-5181.  I'm in area code 360.  I'm on the DNC list and have no solicitation on my phone.  Answered the call, women said she was calling for a group of oil and natural gas producers.  When I said I was on the DNC list, she hung up.  Anyone know anything about this number?
