Annoying messages several times a day that it's a service verification

I have called repeatedly from this number every day and I'm really tired and wanted to know who it is.

horribly annoying and disturbing: a few calls each day!
i would like to shut this company down!

I live in Toronto and this computer calls and leaves a message weekdays at about the same time. They usually leave a  "This is a service verification....." message which is highly annoying as you have to retrieve it daily. When I finally did take the call it was a sales call for Toronto Star, which is a paper I like to buy from the newsstand but their aggressive sales techniques undoes the good they have done with brand loyalty. Anyway, when I picked it up -  I asked to be taken off the list and she did so without fuss.

We have been getting calls from this number everyday for the past while. It looks like the number is coming from Washington. Very annoying.

Received calls from them 2-3 time already on my home phone. It does not have a voicemail, so they can't leave messages, but its very annoying....Anyone knows how to block them??

this number leaves me 2-3 automated messages a day telling me they will call me back later, no clue what they want

They also keep clogging up my voicemail with recorded messages like, "This is a service verification. We will call you back later. Thank you." They call about two/three times a day.

yes, I am having the same issue, does anyone know of how to block these calls?

I'm in Toronto, Canada... they call my cell phone ALL THE TIME!!! It's really annoying.

Same as people said above: I heard some talking but usually when this # calls it's just a hang up.
