Got a call from an Audrey and sounded like a personal call except it came up as restricted.  I don't answer numbers that I don't know who they are or recognize the number.  Her voicemail said for me to call her back at 360-256-7888 so looked it up and found all these reports.  Thanks everyone for posting.  Sounded like phishing to me too.  If you don't leave your company name or what you are calling about, I'm sure as heck not calling back.

I got the message on my cell phone from Frances. I NEVER put my cell phone on anything but my kids school and daycare emergency call list. Plus, I don't owe anyone anything.

My ex wife is a legit bill collector and her company requires her to identify herself, the company she represents and that the call is an attempt to collect a debt. They get fired if they don't because the company gets fined ove $1000 per violation if a consumer complains. Most of the money for the fine goes to the consumer who is wronged.

This seems more like a phishing scam than legitimate collections. I am certain they will try to get you on the phone, bully you into giving your bank routing number and account number by scaring you into thinking you are going to be pulled into court or your credit will be ruined, then they drain your account or worse. I work for a large national bank and we hear about this happening (and then have to help our suffering clients clean up the mess) EVERYDAY. Some times they claim your child or gandchild will suffer legal or financial trouble if you don't help. Just remember, if it were a legitimate, collectable debt, you would know about it well before it gets to the "You have to pay this right now or it will ruin your credit" or "Your grandson could lose his eligibility for medical coverage for life if this isn't paid now" stage.

NEVER GIVE A COLLECTOR PERMISSION TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT ELECTRONICALLY!

Go to your bank, and ask them to help you pay this the safest way they offer. Many if not all choices are free! And it never hurts to have a professional help you protect your hard earned money. You could use  online bill pay, wire transfer, cashier's check, money order etc.

Got a call from 'Francis" from this number. The number came up on my caller ID as "with held", but she left a number on the voice mail. Here's the weird part, she called my husband by his middle name. No one calls my husband by his middle name except his mother. He doesnt even use his middle name in paperwork. Anyway, she didnt leave a reason for calling or the company she worked for.

I just received a "Blocked" call on my cell.  A women left a voicemail, almost mumbling, The is Francis call me at 360-256-7888...that it is.  Should I call back?

Some one from this number called and wanted to speek with my sone.  I did not give hime the number because they would not say who they were or what they wanted.  They said it is a company policy not to say who they are. I just all seemed a little creepy.

Someone named Jenna has called me a number of times from this number, without identifying who she's with, (just a message calling my wife & I by our nicknames, like she's a friend, and saying she needs a return call) but everytime I call, after they put me through to her number, the phone just rings and rings - not even a voicemail!

"Barbara" just called from from this same number.  Marked as Private.  Left Voicemail asking for a callback.  Sounded rude.  They all do.

I have no intention of calling them back. I don't owe anyone for a medical bill.

I got the same call from Barbara who wanted me to call her at 360-256-7888. I called back the number she actually called from, which was 360-256-9518 on my caller ID. When I did, a message says that this is "not a working number" so I would bet it is a scam. When they give you a different number to call than the one they call from, and the one they call from is unusable to call back, then something is wrong and they are somehow diverting calls.

Summer called and left a rude message. Short and to the point. No mention of who she was with or waa it was in regards to and then slammed the phone down after she ws done speaking. Also, number that came up on called ID was Private. However, 360-256-7888 is the number she mentioned to call her back at.

leaves msg everyday saying call Mike Moore at 360-256-7999. nothing else, no company name or what business is.  Why would i call someone i don't even know?
looked up number and found for quick collect and from what i understand as the new laws re: debt collectors they MUST identify themselves!

Bar bra , Barbie , barbubba couldn't make out the name , just left the number n name. No detail, so I figure it's not important. Google it n lead me to this site very helpful. Thanks everyone for the update ;)

Barbara is rude and very unprofessional. does not disclose who she is and hangs up very harshly slamming the phone down. If this is a legit bill collector, she best start learning some professional manners. I for one will not call her back as I choose not to deal with bottom feeder bill collectors.

A few minutes ago (10:24 AM PDST) someone called "Barbara" left a message for me to call. This is the ca-zillion anon caller from that number. If they are not professional enough to name the company they represent, and what the call concerns, forget it.  Common phone etiquette dictates you be forthright as to who you are and why you are pestering me!

I just recieved a call from this number asking for my daughter. When I asked what it is in reference to "Summer" told me "it's personal" so SLAM I hung up!!

This caller (Barbara) has been continually calling without disclosing that they are a collection agency. I have researched it and the company Quick Collect.

It has been marked and logged as harrasement, and I will turn it in as soon as I have collected more call log.

It is a collection agency called quick collect. I just got a notice from a doctor bill that went to collection and it was from quick collect and so when I saw that musicman said that it was quick collect I automatically knew who it was that was calling. But if they really wanted their money they might have not hung up on me when I answered the call.
