Now these tar d1ckheads are using # 360-313-7962... they don't stop. Its a scam, report them to FTC and don't listen to them or give them anything. THEY're CRIMINALS!

They have called several times trying to illict a scam.

This is an unwanted call they are calling my workplace and my cell. I wish they would stop.

They have been calling my job and leaving messages on the answering machine about being served and going to jail for fraud and I called them back telling them not to call my job again that it is illegal to do that and they told me they could call who  ever they wanted anytime they wanted and that I would be getting served. I told them to go ahead.

This is the third day in a row we have received from this number at the office.  They are all automated messages and not real people, so by the time the call actually comes through half the message is over.  I called the number and asked that they stop calling here.

Got another call today from this number telling me to call back to verify my address and employment address so that they can serve me. Also wished me good luck in court. Told me this was my third and "final" phone call.
Ridiculous.

These freakin people don't leave a name but the same message as you all "I'm contacting you from the processing summons division.  I'm calling to inform you that there will be some charges filed against you in your county?. It looks like fraudulent activities have been attached to your name and social security number"

This is B.S.! They have even called relatives and friends of mine making threatening demands and stating that they would be going to their jobs and homes looking for me. I already reported their a***s to the FTC!
If you look up this company, this is a BOGUS debt collector with a bad rap sheet!

Got the same message from the 3603137962 number. These people need to b stopped! The automated voice says he has papers to b served to my husband on a civil suit or to resolve this matter call the 360 number. No company name or personal name is left.

Received this call @ my job today Mr Davis is very shady.. REPORT THIS COMPANY ASAP.. They don't have a website nor a address nor a supervisor!!

I have been receiving a call from 360-313-7962 several times a day. They left one (1) message that stated the following;

"I'm contacting you from the processing summons division.  I'm calling to inform you that there will be some charges filed against you in your county?. It looks like fraudulent activities have been attached to your name and social security number"

I blocked my number on my iPhone and called them back. A man answered and I asked him who is company is and he said "Bronson and Associates". They do not have a website. This is a SCAM! They say they work for loans.com

I reported them to the FTC.

Do not answer, just report them to the FTC ASAP.

called the number back as they contacted my ex employer- left number of 360-313-7962.
When I called, they answered "Legal department" I asked what company this was for, and he stated Bronson and Associate. I gave him the reference number that was left and he stated that there was a payday loan that I had taken out back in September of 2011. I told him I did not- and continued to threaten me stating that's fine, you will be served and taken to court looking at up to 6,000.00 in fines.

I said OK and hung up.

SCAMMERS!

I just received a call from 360-313-7962 which was recorded stating that they had papers to serve on me.  Where I reside these types of papers are served by the County Sheriff.  I'm tired of these scammers.

Same exact message as above. Called on Monday from the 971 number and yesterday and today from the 360 number. No business name, no identification, same message from both numbers=smells scammy

Received a voicemail from this number stating the following

This sounds like a scam.  Don't answer and don't give them any information about you!
