You can report them to the Federal Trade Comission. Go to this site: http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm and scroll down a little to the header "National Do Not Call Registry" And report the violation.

Called me twice within an hour...............
Something about if you owe back taxes they can help. Did the "add your number to our do not call list" deal. We will see if that works........................but probably not.

Got a call from these people claiming to be a company called Senior Benefits. They claimed an affiliation with the American Diabetes Association. I notified the American Diabetes Association via email about this call hopefully enough emails to corporate America will prompt them to sue these idiots into bankruptcy.

I've reported several of these scams with no effect. My new plan is to email any company with which they claim an affilation and inform them. Hopefully with enough complaints to corporate America lawsuits will drain the coffers of these blood sucking b*****ds

This is obviously a scam - or (if you prefer) a rip off...
Never give any personal information to these people if you should get a live person - under ANY circumstances!

I keep on getting calls from this number. This is an unwanted solicitation and request it to stop
Jen 2013-01-30 18:50:26 Unknown
I hope that works for you, it never has for me!
Jen 2013-01-30 18:48:17 Unknown
Its not T-Mobile, they call to get credit card info. And they never stop calling no matter how many times you tell them to stop
Tom 2013-01-30 12:14:58 Unknown
Caller ID showed UNKNOWN NAME. They didn't leave a message on the answering machine so I don't know who they are. A call back to the number got a recorded mesage that said it was an automated opt out service. I guess they just called originally to see if I wanted to opt out of being called by them. I guess the no call lists aren't enough of a clue to these anal sphincters.

They called me and I didn't answer. Then, I dialed the number back to get an automated voice directing me on getting removed from the call list.

This company is a scam trying to get your credit card numbers by saying they can lower your rate. This is called identity theft. My caller ID says "Washington Call" and they have been harrassing me over and over using the phone number 360-322-6074 and since I have reported them over and over again to the DO NOT CALL LIST,they are now calling from another one of their numbers - 360-322-6053. The Feds need to find out what company is doing this and put them out of business since they have nothing to do with anyone's normal credit card companies.

This caller calls my elderly dad and tells him he has $5000.00 in credit card debt. This gets him upset and thinks someone has gotten a credit card with out his knowledge. They have called many times. Some one needs to stop this scam.

Caller ID says it came from Marysville, Washington. Wasn't home to answer the phone. Called back and recording said it was a marketing call. Press 1 if I want my name added to the Do Not Call list. 1 !
Add the 10 digit # I want to add, then press #. Did. (after all, they already have it.) My number was mechanically repeated, press 1 if this is correct. 1 !

As per bloody usual, no message left. If it's not important enough for you to leave a message, you're not worth my time to talk to.

I have received several missed calls from this number as well. They left no message. I'd like to know where these people have the nerve to call me when my phone numbers are on the National Do Not Call List. If they call again, I will report them.
