I got the same call, they were tricky on how they got me to give info. They made it sound like they were from credit card services (old navy visa card comes from there) and that because i have been paying on time they were gonna drop my rate to 6%, they asked to verify number starting with 4479 and to give expiration date to verify that I was WHO I WAS...

then before i knoew it they were asking about my other visa cards, they new my balance (which is scary) these were all visa cards, they made it sound as if they were gonna lower all my visa card rates. theny they brought up other cards and i told them that i was on a cordless phone and the battery was dying, to give me a number to call back. they gave me 866-505-6695 and to ask for another rep.. they would need 40 minutes of my time... after 30 minutes they called me back i told them i was trying to find them on other line and they hung up.. i cancelled cards that i gave numbers and expiration date to be sure.. i reported to fcc as well

BIG credit card scammers!!!

I received 3 calls today from this number and I was informed that this was a collection agency that I had authorized $1200.00 to lower an interest rate on my credit card. In trying to refer this caller to my lawyer I was told that I would be sent written documents to send myself and I a recording was played attempting to mimic my voice giving my address. I said I am calling the FCC this is extortion and that I was calling the police. The guy who was arrogant and self assured and condescending previously hung up and did not call back. Of note, he called back three times previously.  

Recorded Message: "To update your free business listing please press 1, again, please press 1 to updat your free internet business listing." No identification of company, no unsubscribe or opt-out options.

reported them to do not call.gov   If we had an efficient government, they would find these immigrants, revoke their green cards and deport them. Like we need to IMPORT more criminals and lowlifes!   but we are talking about the US government, so nothing will be done.

Just got a call on my cell phone from this number but did not answer it. No message left, am also on do not call registry.  They must use the DNC to get the phone numbers then call us to annoy us

Missed a call from this number a few minutes ago.  No voicemail was left.

just missed a call from them.  no VM.

Called three times in a single morning, but I didn't answer.  Then
put the number in search engine and see all sorts of warnings,
thanks to the people who have taken time to report here and
on a couple of other sites.  Will NOT answer this number.

I also got an unwanted call from this number asking about a credit card.

Just hung up on them....no need to talk to scammers.

Similar, mobile phone call ---and  without a  message --- unknown source and I didn't answer

I received call from 360-322-6071 at 5:00AM.  I logged onto my Wireless carrier and blocked the number.

They called today and hung up when I answered the phone.

Same call from "Heather" about lowering my interest rate. Didn't bother pressing 1 for any more scam nonsense.

I like the air horn idea. That'll be perfect.

Answered phone.  Recording of "Jennifer" who wants to lower my credit card interest rate.  Hmm... This just screams scam, doesn't it.  Oh yeah, I'm on the national do not call list.  https://www.donotcall.gov/.

Damn. Had to change my home phone number because scam telemarketers like these were calling every day. Now they are calling my cellphone. Good lord! Same scam. Lower my credit card interest rates.

Got a call from this number. They said to press one to talk to an agent. So I did. As soon as someone came on, they tried to talk to me, but i told them I didn't have a credit card and they immediately hung up. Called back and got the recording about putting my number on the no call list. Whatever it is, it's a scam. Why can't the system get rid of these scammers?

Received a call from this number at 4:20pm.  The message stresses needing to talk to credit card services about lowering my rate.  There was an obvious lack of personalize information and smelled funny from a mile away.  It asked me to press #1 to speak with a representative.  I was immediately (under 1 sec) connected to a foreign sounding male who said, "Hello?"   When I asked "what company is this?" he hung up on me.

I just got a call from this number,  there was silence, then a doorbell-like sound, then bout 5 seconds silence, then some guy talking really quietly and couldn't understand him. I hung up

Call every 45 minutes.  Have no idea who they are

Called me at approximately 11:43 am pst. I didn't answer, though based on what I read here, I wish I had. I would have loved to lower the interest rates on my non-existent credit cards. Shucks, I'll just have to hope they'll call back

Same info - answered the call and some lady with a very thick accident said they were Credit Card services and I asked for which company and was told they worked with many and rattled off Chase, BofA, etc.  I asked if she was calling from one of the specific companies or banks and she got very defensive and said she never said she was calling from one of the banks and from there I just hung up!

These scumbags just called me trying to parse credit card info from me. I told them to go F themselves and to never call my phone again. Just found this page as the first google result when researching who it was.

The above number called and did not answer and they did not leave a message!!!!    When i don't know that number i will not answer.

Wonderful people who are just trying to help me by lowering my interest rates.  Just kidding.  It's a scam where they're calling random numbers phishing for credit card information.
