Credit Card offer to lower interest rates.  Numbers are disconnected. They are a SCAM.  Scam is to get the Zip Code first and then say that they need to verify that one account is in good standing with a balance of $4k or more. The then ask for the card number and / or the expiration date. Finally they ask for the card number. Most of the time they will ask for the last four numbers of your Social Security number. Then they put you on hold and check the card using the phone number on the back of the card. I wasted about 15 minutes of their time giving a card that had been replaced. Gave fake zip code and etc.   Waste their time if you like however don't give them a real working card number. Also the following numbers should be consider as FRAUD. 626-322-6073, 626-338-8932, 701-393-5811, 216-278-0121, 360-322-6663, 310-599-9201, 218-573-6958, 731-548-7024, 727-216-9840, 229-227-9632, 406-832-5847, 531-748-7024, 615-000-7664, 401-515-4756, 850-237-4859, 407-692-2286, 860-822-7440, 731-498-4058, 517-705-1117, 302-234-8558, 281-825-4439, 765-998-4712, 416-364-1111, 631-665-8769, 503-543-5471, 731-203-5870, 406-980-2030, 620-504-7452, 860-949-6352, 703-468-4703, 203-244-7440, 701-771-9654, 337-220-9635, 256-526-9650, 726-901-8575, 763-428-4712, 601-907-8542, 501-433-8509, 202-509-5548, 207-246-8509, 304-287-4841, 303-490-7410, 678-864-7418, 916-555-0077, 765-525-9654, 813 444-5700, 207-829-6517, 301-577-6523, 256-526-9650, 337-220-9635, 203-244-7740, 701-771-9654, 620-504-7452, 703-468-4703, 860-949-6352, 908-395-8442, 404-900-5101, 305-368-8209, 726-901-8575, 601-907-8542, 207-829-6517, 301-577-6523, 256-526-9650, 337-220-9635, 203-244-7740, 701-771-9654, 620-504-7452, 703-468-4703, 860-949-6352, 908-395-8442, 406-936-5472  I'm sure this is only a partial list of the numbers used by these scamers.  Typically if you call the number they are disconnected.  A search on google will display numerous complaints. I just had that very same phone call; very official sounding until you rattle them with some odd bit of information that you ask them about.  Then they hung up on me.  Problem was....they had a huge amount of my information on my visa credit cards.  I put an alert on my credit report and called my credit card companies to issue new cards and reported the scam.

The caller is a SCAMMER SCUMBAG who claims they can lower your interest rate on your credit card.
I called my credit card company to ask it this is something they typically do. They said absolutely NOT.They confirmed that it is a scam. This SCAMMER wanted two credit card numbers with open credit lines in order to "lower the rates to a perpetual 6%".

Calls from this number 3 times in the past week to reduce my credit card interest.  Said they were calling for all of my cards but needed the expiration date to verify the cards.  Once I pressured her ( a woman with an middle eastern accent) to provide me the card numbers she was calling on, she said she was not allowed to give me that information in case I wasn't me (?).  How does that work?  Idiots!!!!!!!!!!!

When i get this kind of call now, i hang up and take the phone right away again to check if the tone is back. And it was not. I did that few times until i got it back. I think that sometimes these people have a system to hook on your line discretely and have the charges on your bill. I had that recently and now i am very careful...

I have a couple of ways to deal with these parasites. First, I let the phone ring three full times before I pick up. I pick up and don't say anything for 2-3 seconds. If it is a computer autodialer, 80-90% of the time the computer will hang up thinking it has gotten a voice mail or answering machine. After 2-3 seconds, I say our company name, but don't give out my name. That way they don't automatically have a name if they call back and get someone else. If I still get a person and they insist, I tell them my name is "Richard Smith"(it's not). It is none of their business what my real name is, they are telescammers who are breaking the law. If they persist in calling over and over again, I tell them that my boss is available, and then I use a sports air horn right next to the phone. What are they going to do, sue me? "Your Honor, I was illegally telescamming and they deafened me!" Good luck with THAT argument. The judge might give me a medal. Reporting these "people"(I use that term loosely) to the Do Not Call Registry is futile, they are usually spoofing their phone number anyway. If you have the time, have some fun with them. See how long they will stay on hold or still be on the line if you put the phone down. Take your cordless into the bathroom and have an extended "deposit" at the Porcelain Bank, complete with very loud fake sound effects. Tell them you ARE the boss and listen to their sales pitch, never saying yes to anything, but always saying that you will look at your numbers and see what you can do. Some scammers will record any affirmative answer you give and then splice it into a call and bill you for whatever they are selling, using that as evidence of an order. Waste as much of their time as you can, because that keeps them from scamming other people, and it can be a really fun stress reliever! Anything that we can do to make this less profitable for these ticks on the butt of humanity is a plus. Feel free to pass this on or add to it with your fun ways of taking back your phone lines. If these idiots would get a real job, the world would be a better place for all of us.

In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. Recently, they shut down five of these scams.

@AngryGramma you want all of that to happen to them just because they dialed your number?  Damn, I'd hate to see what you would want to happen to someone who really did something wrong to you.

It's a spam call.  You will get more spam calls in the future.  Just don't answer the phone if you don't recognize the number.  It's that simple.  geez!!

Why do people answer calls from these A$$holes? If people stopped answering and/or calling back then maybe some of these type companies would get the message that nobody cares about the bulls**t they are trying to sell. DON'T ANSWER CALLS YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE...GOOGLE THEM BEFORE YOU CALL BACK...MOST OF THEM ARE SCAMS!!!

Call from this number to my "no-call" registered number starts with recorded voice, "Press 1 to update your listing on our business directory." That's it, no further message. I held on without pressing any keys and it soon disconnected. There is a technology that can grab control of your phone number and make calls billed to your phone if they can get you to press 1. I wonder if this is one of those attempts.

I used to work for Reliable Places/29 prime. I was employees there for over six months. I worked in sales and in pinning. I will honestly say that this company is defiantly shady. They have revolving doors when it comes to staff because they don't pay as promised. They make their sale people lie about what they do ( they claim proprietary software :( truth is it was a bunch of hard working under paid and under valued techs doing all the work of the supposed software.)  Since I was constantly being moved around the building I gave out my cell number (like management informed me to do (I was an independent contractor worked liked a full time employee) to my clients and received several phone calls from unhappy clients the entire time I worked there as well as months after I quit. Simply because they could not reach anyone else. They promise the moon and deliver very little. Usually at the expense of their employees. I could go on about the dishonesty personally witnessed in 6 months. I was forced to participate in lying to customers and possible clients just to keep my job. I do not want to sound like sour grapes since I did work there, but I felt the dire need to respond to this post. Any of the resale offices (and there are many of them, and more popping up every day) are bad news as well. If you do business with a SEO company. Make sure that they can be found on the front page themselves under many terms.  Please do your research thoroughly before you hand someone your hard earned money! It's people like this that are giving us small SEO companies a very bad name, not to mention the people's lives that they have destroyed.

Everything in that complaint is correct, and anyone that says different is lying and is not to be trusted. I recently went on an interview for the new company called, 29 Prime. I was given the job but after working there for a few days I realized that it was 100% a scam.
