This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

Got a call from this number. The caller did not say anything..I do not know who is is.

received call.  did not answer.  called back on a blocked number.  voice recording stated my number they called will be taken off their list.

Didn't answer. Voicemail picked up the last part of a recorded message. Something about insurance.
