I am getting calls from "Carmen", but they are being rerouted through a local number.  I tried blocking it yesterday and it still came through today.  I'm also on the "no call" list but it seems that these crooks (duh!) have no respect for that.  Ugh.  I just want it to STOP!

They call all the time. One man who works there even threatened to come to the house (he knew the address), and kill my father. This is ridiculous and it needs to stop.

I am on a "no call" list and I still get calls from cardholders' services.  First it was Rachel and now it is Carmen.  I do not want these calls.  They always come at lunch or dinner time.

I received a call from 360-322-6668 this afternoon. I don't answer numbers that I don't know. If it's anything important they will leave a message.  My caller ID had Marketing Fraud for this number.  Of course they didn't leave a message.

They are now claiming to be from windows technical support advising that they keep getting errors reported from my IP address and that If I don't remove it serious damage to my computer will occur. Then they tell you to turn your computer on so they can help you remove it. DONT DO IT.

Once they have access to your computer they will take it over remotely.

While commuting this morning I had a delightful chat with "Sarah".  She was there to help me lower my credit card interest rate. I am a little slow in the mornings so she had to repeat herself 2 or 3 times each sentence coupled with my low quality cell phone with a poor signal caused her not to hear the credit card numbers until the 3rd or 4th try.  It really is too bad that after spending so much time with me on the phone there seemed to be no account associated with the numbers I gave her. Alas, I am not concerned I am sure "Sarah" or her cohorts will try again tomorrow just like they do everyday..

There is a way if enough of us do it!    Just keep them on the line as long as possible without giving them any real  information.  This wastes their time and also keeps them from scamming someone else while they try to scam you.  If we waste several hours a day of each the jerks' time it will make their scam unprofitable.

They started out calling once a day. Now they are up to 4 times a day. I spoke with someone there about stopping it and he said for $19.95 they can stop it. Not happening.

I just received a call from Westlake, OH. 440-617-5677  -- The woman on the other end started on her sales talk on lowering my credit card interest rate, I interrupted and asked her to remove me from her calling list, she then said "go f*#k yourself", This took me by surprise and I said "What?" she then repeated her statement and I replied "Well the would probably be a lot better than f*#king your nasty a*s" she hung up. 10 minutes later I get a call from "Card Services" 360-322-6668 This call was a robo, I press the button to speak to a live person, when they come on the woman sounded a lot like the first caller, I asked to be removed from the calling list and she just hung up on me. There has to be a way to shut these people down, I suggest an Air Strike !

At least a 2nd call from this group since May 2 - Caller ID comes up at CARD SERVICES.  Called again today at 10:15am US EDT.  I spoke to a representative, they wanted to know if I wanted to take action for lower interest rates, I politely declined and said I'd like to be removed from their calling list and he promptly hung up on me.

I'm on the do no call list and have been for some time.  Not sure how we stop these folks from calling anymore...

Same old scam from card scammers services.  If I knew where these people were I would gladly go down and shoot them all.  I wouldn't kill them.  Just pop a few kneecaps or noses or maybe cut their lying tongues out.  Make them look like the monsters they are.  I don't think a jury would convict me.

Done it, and it's pretty funny.  But then they'll call you back from a "Private" number 15 times in a row, and if you pick it up, they'll tell you their coming to your house to get you and blah, blah, blah.  I'm not too worried about them flying over from Nigeria to get me.  My dog & my gun will get them first, if they do.  But, as I'm on the DNC list, I'm SURE they're on the "Do Not Fly List".  ROTFLMAO.

LOL.  How right you are.  Don't run to the phone folks.  Get call blocking.  It's been pretty successful for me.  Not foolproof, but majority successful.  They keep changing numbers & I just add them to the list.  But, they primarily prefer to use one number.  I make it so difficult for them, they're so completely obsessed with getting me to answer the phone...and I keep stopping them at every turn.  They've called 14 times in the last week & my phone didn't ring once!  (You can check the history on calls blocked.)  But, unfortunately, our gov't - local, federal, you name it, aren't gonna do a da*n thing.  I've tried 'em all.

I DID contact the FBI.  They told me there is nothing they can do.  Agent said these people are most likely from Nigeria or another country where our government cannot reach them.  Maybe the FBI can't, but there must be SOME agency that can.  How about the phone companies just shut off their phones or be fined?  Where is the NSA when you actually need them?

The scary part is they seem to call, in addition to incessantly, within seconds after I make a call and hang up.

Contact Mr. Lester Senior at the FTC in D.C. He even called me at home (of course, I screened the call) to respond to the log I'd kept of the telemarketers.

Yes, that may be a personal solution that completely ignores and hides the fact that there are corrupt, criminal, abusive, and exploitative business practices and tactics committed against consumers. Allowed to disguise themselves as whatever! The predatory cowards of a network like NCO group under JP Morgan that include associations or affiliations like United Recovery Systems. Or, Verizon and their associations and affiliations with PRA, iQor, AFNI, and MCM.

If you have the resources, I would suggest that you GET caller id, and also look into blocking the calls from the offending numbers. The card service scammers know a certain number of people do not have caller id or the internet, and those are the ones that they target for scamming.

I have been receiving daily calls from 1-360-322-6668 for over a year and keep telling them to STOP CALLING ME!  THE MESSAGE THEY ARE CONVEYING IS TO LOWER MY CREDIT CARD DEBT!  I keep telling them I have no credit card debt and to STOP CALLING ME!  They are driving me crazy and I cannot take anymore of this.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST AND THEY ARE VIOLATING MY PRIVACY.  Today the MALE caller told me my mother is a "son of a bi***" after I told him a few choice words.  My mother is dead for over 20 years!  Pressing #2 to take me off their list does NOT HELP EITHER, THEY CONTINUE TO CALL ME.  please help all of us who are suffering from this company whoever they are and make them pay a fine!!!  The other day a lady from that company called and when I told her to STOP CALLING ME she said she is going to have her people call me every single day just for spite  and she told me I must be stupid for answering the phone every time they call me.....I DO NOT HAVE CALLER ID SO HOW AM i SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHO IS CALLING UNTIL I PICK UP THE PHONE.

Another scam recording left on my answering machine.  The machine can't enter a touch tone to respond.  And it probably would not make any difference if one were entered or not.

They're scam artists so, yeah, they have all kinds of nerve.  I keep a very loud, very shrill emergency whistle near my phone for calls like this.  If I'm feeling really spiteful, I talk very softly before I blow it into the receiver, just to make sure they're listening close.

The usual credit card interest rate scam.  I pressed one to talk with someone and then blew my emergency whistle into the receiver as loud as I could.  I hope her headset flew off her head and she fell out of her chair.  I despise scam artists.
