got robocall from 360-322-6684 caller ID said "BANKCARD SVCS" on last Friday 02-07-14 @ 1148 PM.

The BANKCARD Services SCAMMERS called and gave them the "SCAMMER HORN".

calls leaves no message

calls from 360-322-6684 whenspeaking to person and being asked to have number remove source just hangs up.  GGRR

This number calls using Bankcard SVCS - sometimes it is  a recorded message, sometimes they say nothing at all. I have asked them to remove my number, to stop calling me. I told them I don't even have a credit card, that I am on the do not call list. Nothing has worked. What is the point of having the registry for calls like this if nothing is going to stop these individuals.Help!

Semi-threatening robo-message upon answering.  After I chose "1", the person said they were from Bancard Services.  Scam company.  Claimed to be "the company" that approves credit cards for Visa/MasterCard/Amex & Discover.  When I asked about that, they hung up.

Got a call from this number, aka Bank Card Svcs.  A few months ago, we got the phone company's new feature so that people have to press 1 in order for the call to go through.  These scumbags must have figured out the system and added a 1 to their robodialer.  I've now blocked them.  But they'll soon be back with another number.  Sigh.

The above call came after robocall from 360-322-6708 caller ID said "BANKCARD SVCS" on Monday 02-03-14 @ 1133 AM.
After usual message purporting to be my FINAL call a guy came on line and asked "Can I help you." I responded "I do not know you called me." He then asked "can you use lower interest on my credit cards?" I said "Yes, I certainy can".
He then said "to verify me I have to have......" at that point, I went right to playing at full blast my "Raunchy Cussing/Swearing YouTube Rant". I hope she enjoyed listening to it as much as I enjoyed providing her with the Rant. He bailed as fast as lightning

Please go to https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx and click on complaint button.  Maybe if enough people do this they can shut it down.

Recording said something about lowering my interest rates on my credit card, also said it was my last chance and that they had called once before.  Have received this call over twenty times.  Have tried to stop calls but cannot.

I now call the "service Provider" and hassle them .... they profit from these telephone #'s  ... they all seem to say "file a complaint with the FTC ..... so I include them in my complaints ..... Remember... they have the ability to discontinue service to that #,  but choose not to

I have received many calls from this number and have asked to be removed from their lists also informing them that  I am on the no call list . they just ignore this and keep calling . I dont own a credit card !

This number keeps calling me and they got my number from the company Experian, so they say. Then after I asked them some questions they hung up on me. Anyway, the number is 360-322-6684.

we have had at least 50 calls and the caller I d has Bankcard SVCS. they hang up on me if I try to tell them to stop calling. they keep saying this is my final notice but we've had dozens more calls. how does a person stop this once and for all?

Press1...so I did. Recorder came on and said I was the fourth caller in line. Then a gal came on and asked me if I had pressed one for the interest reduction. I said "yes". Then she started saying "well to get you qualified......"

They call my home constantly. When I pick up it hear, "this is your second and final notice to lower your credit card interest rate, blah, blah, blah." Another number that I am filing a complaint on with the FTC.

Sorry to inform you but I have been reporting these people for the last 2 years and all I get is more telemarketers calls. Until the FTC decides to press charges and put somebody in jail, these actions will continue. I have not answered my phone to any unknown area code for the last 2 1/2 years, that don't stop them. This year already 3 calls from " Credit Card Services",  360-322-6684, 412-425-2734 and 706-805-1775. Here is what you may find on you telephone ID: " Credit Card Services*-* Lower Interest*-* Financial Center*-* Bank Card Services* and last year * Echo Systems*. Just to show you how good the " National No Call List" is (been in it since insertion), I have received until today 36 unwanted calls.

The usual "this is your second notice" credit card scam phone call.  I've gotten where I throw the number in Google as fast as possible and decide to answer the call based on what I can easily find.  That and I have an audio file that plays the disconnect tone and message from the phone company.  

Called me too 1/22, 10 a.M.  I'm blocking them now!  Thanks for the post!

I keep receiving unsolicted calls from this number.  They do not allow the option to be removed from their list and sometimes block their number.

I hope you reported that and also to the police. That is soooo unaccceptable. I think it should be against the law to call our private numbers that we pay for the service.
