It is from Artist PR, a music marketing company.

This is for a company called Healing Starts Now.  They are a "non-profit" company who scours police reports in the local area for auto accidents.  Once the police report is public record, they give you a call to come in for an evaluation or something to that effect.  They are RELENTLESS with the calls and often call from various numbers using various area codes in the state (425, 360 [Olympia], 360 [Vancouver]).  

This particular number goes straight to a 'Stephanie' within the company.

I received a call today, 02-06-2013 Wednesday,  at 2:35p.m. CST, on my unlisted, unpublished "Go-Phone," which is for only emergency use when I'm away from home. It's on the TX & Fed Do-Not-Call Lists! No message on my voicemail for this call.  Shows as: "NO NAME," BOUNCED CALL. I guess T-Mobile sold my cell number, since I don't give this number out.  Thanks Ya'll for the info on this number!  :)  Have a Blessed Day!  :)

Gotten 3 calls on my cell over the past few days from this number.  Haven't answered or called back.  No message is ever left.

They do not already have your number. It is called random calling.  If you enter your number they confirmed it is a real person waiting to be scammed.

THIS phone call me 1/3/13 on my cell when I answer the voice mail said "Congratulation, you win the vacation ....." I hung up. please stop them

Called and hung up when it went to voice mail.

Picked up and it was a recording saying I won a Carribean vacation...I hung up immediately.

Just got a missed call from this number, it says "Washington". When I called back, it said "Congratulations, You have won a free Caribbean vacation" - spam.

I just called the number back, pressed "2", entered my phone number, recording said my number has been removed from their database, and apologized for "any inconvenience"...most likely honest attempts at some type of sales, still extremely annoying.

Called and hung up on my voice mail.  My phone # IS listed on the DNC registry.

"You have won a vacation".  SPAM CALL

Same message as PHays above.  I pressed 2 and the recording said I would be remvoved from their list in 48 hours.  I'm sure I'll get more calls, then, before then!

Got a call from this number and it says "You have won a vacation".  Then asks if I am interested to "press 1" or "if you would like to opt out press 2".  I just hung up of course.

I just posted my resume on caREARbuilder.com and some lady with an Indian accent left me a message from Banker's Casualty & Life for a job.  F that!

I got the call about 30 minutes ago, called it back and it says something travel related...

Imagine my surprise thinking I had missed somebody calling me from home, to find out it was just bs

believe its a telemarketer.
I got a call today and since its not in my area i did not answer.
this is a new phone/tracfone number and i have only had it a week and this is the third telemarketer. as only one person has my number.(brother)

And yes within 10 min of activating this phone and being assigned a number i put the number on the 'nationwide do not call list'

08 Jul 2009 10:44p GMT;  received an incoming call on cel, CID showed 360-326-0494, didn't recognize the number, didn't answer;  rang into v-mail, but left no message;  very likely an autodialer setup, up to no good

3603260494 keeps calling my cell phone. Spanish speaking message(I do not speak Spanish).???

Didnt pick up when they called and it was after 6pm!!

At 10:59AM PDT May 12, 2009.  I don't recognize the number, and it's shown as "Type: Land Line  Provider: Pac - West TelecommLocation: Vancouver, WA".  Another person said they got a call and it was "a pre-recorded solicitation in spanish".

I got a call at exactly 5:00 PM today (May 12, 2009). There was a woman on the other end. She was speaking rapidly in what I assumed was Spanish. I couldn't make out what she said, but I think I heard "aspiradora" (vacuum cleaner). I'm not sure if this was a recording or not. I said, "Creo que usted tiene el equivocado número" (I think you have the wrong number), but she just hung up on me before I finished. I traced the number and it said it was a landline in Vancouver. There was no name.

I got a voicemail (in English) on Sept. 23, 2010.  It was a man (who didn't leave his name), asking if my "network marketing business was doing ok?"  Then he said if I wanted to make $2k-$5k weekly, that I should call this number (360) 326-6970. I am  guessing that's his real number in WA?

For the last two days I have been getting numerous calls from Blocked ID........they never leave a message........if I answer, there is dead air.........was just wondering if any of you are getting the same and do you think it could be the same 360 group?

For the Poster above.........what does the rating mean???? How do you get a 1or2?

I ignored this call at 12:20pm Central today. Like others, I won't answer if I don't recognize. Also, because many of you have a Rating of -1 or -2, I bet the person making these calls from the fake number their calling from is reading this board.

I did some research about reporting these calls, here is what you can do:
International area code: Report to the Federal Trade Commission.....toll free........1-877-382-4357.........there have already been reports filed about 809, 284 and 876.
For the state(where they are coming from) go into their Attorney Generals web site to report.

just got an email.........checked with AT&T and on Snopes.............area code 809,284 and 876 is a really BIG SCAM that can cost you many dollars..............it could come as email...........please be careful.
