Interesting side note; if a call is disconnected my phone displays a message to that effect. If a call is terminated, if I am hung up on, it merely shows the end call display.

For Michelle to claim it was a phone issues and I was disconnected it a lie that can be proven. I do not appreciate being lied to.

Confirmed this is SB&C, Skagit County Hospital's collection agency of choice. They refuse to understand that they will be paid for the medical bills associated with my daughters birth within the next month. Refuses to dialog, communicate, or even own up to the call behavior within their team.

The supervisor Michelle claims they were having phone issues. This string of complaints suggests that this is a methodical behavior of the team. This is creepy, unprofessional, and overtly inappropriate.

I would strongly advise Skagit County Hospital to consider their '30 year relationship' with this company.

Why did they call and just ask to verify my name and address?! Creepiest call ever. I think it is SB&C, I have a medical bill out with the hospital, but that doesn't excuse this kind of creepy behavior.

Called asking if I was me and if I lived at my address. The person on the other end acted as though they couldn't hear me and then hung up.

A man called and asked if I was Jeremey. I said yes and he asked if I lived in apartment 203 on State Avenue. Our call then was disconnected.  

Called asking for the first names and when said they aren't here they asked if "address is correct" he hung up.

they keep calling even though they have been told it is a wrong number no such person here.
would the attorney General be interested in this obviously criminals who are up to no good. should I call the cops? there must be a way to stop them and stop what ever crime they have in mind.

Sketchy call asking for my fiance by name. She knew our address and said she knew fiance's cell number, so then why was she calling my cell number to see if she was there?  When I asked who's calling, she hung up.  I try to call the number back, but it is just dead air, the call will not connect.

Some guy named Bill called looking for a neighbor. He wanted me to go out and find the person he was looking for. When asked if he was a bill collector he got very snippity and wouldn't answer questions.

Yeah this numer called my grandma's today and new all kinds of stuff that a bill collector never says...

this guy called my wife this morning asking all kinds of questions and knew our address and what # we lived in and was asking about the renter in unit 12...She thought it was a bill collector...who is this and why did he call?!!!!

Yeah me too. Whoever it is called my aunt and had personal information about me. Things that not too many people know, so very odd that they have called you as well.
