I got same call today could not understand the foreigner that well when u told him that I would get a lawyer then get back to them called me stupid and said was going to arrest me in 2 hours SCAM

I've received a few calls from this number over the past couple of years. It's a HUGE SCAM. In fact, one of the callers threatened to kill me. No joke. If they call and I happen to answer I usually tell them they have the wrong phone #. I've reported them at least twice to the FTC complaint line.

I got a call leaving me a message from this number threatening to proceed with legal action if I didn't return the call by the end of the day

This company has been harrassing me for days.  I cannot understand the man who answers the phone.  He hangs up on me.  

They called and i answered.. they didn't say any thing and then hung up after i said hello repeatedly.. I called them back thinking it might be one of my kids friends (a couple have the same area code) I was going to tell them they pocket dialed my number. Some guy answered and then hung up on me right away... So if it's not a scam, then they are defiantly shady in their practices...

Got a call from "Sean Davis" from this number and he left a voicemail stating they were issuing a law suit against me for an unpaid debt.  I called the number back and spoke with "Sean" who said he was with Walsh & Peta LLP and was calling to discuss the case against me.  Apparently it is for an unpaid payday loan and that they had been sending me emails and there had been no communication established.  He did provide me my email address, but I've never received any emails from them as collection notices and most importantly...I've never had a payday loan!  He said if I didn't pay $450 immediately an arrest warrant would be issued and I would go to jail first thing tomorrow morning.  I said, "don't you threaten me and good luck with that!"  He hung up on me.  

I think this is a big scam. They threatened to have me arrested if I did not go to CVS or Walgreens and get some kind of card and pay them 300 dollars.

I received the same call and I called back and they hung on me when I started asking questions.  They said if I did not pay 300 in 1 hour I would be arrested today.  Has anyone ever heard back from them since the initial call?  I think they are SCAM and I am going to report them.

I had just got the same thing on a voicemail which is saved stating they had my name and my social security number and that court papers and records were going to be filed the local sheriff's we're going to arrest me and a warrant will be issued and that if I did not contact my attorney about this would be issued for them also. I did my investigation it is a complete and utter scam, I am so upset because I do have a child on disability I am going full force after these people!

what they will want you to do is go to walgreens and ask for a paycard to which you put an exact amount.  they will want you to stay on the line with them and if you hang up or disconnet than they state you broke the agreement and they will send out the sheriff to go arrest you.

once you get hte paycard that wan you to give the card # - at that time you just transferred your money to them....

I keep getting calls from this number, never leaves a message. If I answer you can't understand them. And I told them that even if what they were saying is true, it's illegal to threaten someone over the phone with arrest or charges. They hung up. But they still call. Irritating doesn't even sum it up.

I got a the same call today 360-362-4688  and they said there were from Bremerton,Wa. but the phone no. is from Bellingham,Wa.  ..scammer !

I actually answer with slight hesitation to speak & the caller was quick to hang up. Someone posted law office. No scammers perpetrating!

Yeah I have gotten a few calls from people like this, and the dead give away that it is a scam is they are foreigners, second they are impersonating he police and federal agencies, and when you tell them that you have reported the number to the FBI for further investigation into your charges, they leave you alone!!!

I got the same message today and I called the number back... The first time I asked who they were and really didn't get a straight forward answer. I was told that it was an advance pay loan. First of all I have NEVER had one! When I told the guy that he hung up on me.  I then again was frustrated so I called back at this point I talked to someone different and they were rude and when I was asking questions and telling them that I have never had a loan like that he told me to "shut up or he was going to hang up that he didn't have time for me". At this point I don't know what to do or how to report this.  It is horrible that we live in a world that people are bullied this way.  What do I do?

I just got the same call and it scared me.  I did call back and they could not give me any information and when I asked for them to send me something via mail or email they refuse and said that I was talking to much and if I didn't shut he was going to hang up. I have never had a loan and we need to catch these people.  This is horrible scarring people for money! The first time I called a man answered and hung up. The second time I did get a guys name but I am sure that it's fake.  I am glad to know that this is a scam.

I just got the same call with the message that I will be arrested if I don't pay money to clear me.  When I asked for what purpose they just hung up.

My son got the same call, I think they're trying to get ssn's from people to steal their identity, don't give them anything!
