The call was from Verizon following up on a survey. They provided an 800 number (800) 804-8037 to call back on.

This number is "supposedly" a Verizon Supervisor line, located in Olympia, WA. I am having an issue with them honoring the original cell phone upgrade date of 9-1-13. I am here on the East coast, called Verizon Wireless customer service and was not satisfied with the BS the person was feeding me. When I requested to speak to his supervisor, I was told that I would be getting a call from a 360 area code.
Needless to say, the supposed supervisor (Paul - employee number 325915) was unwilling to do his job and honor the original upgrade date. I will be elevating this issue to the Corporate office.

Second time in two days I have received a call from 360-412-9266 on my cell phone. When I answer they hang up immediately and when I try to call the number back it is continually busy.

Dept Collectors. Possibly fraudulent. Just called my State Attorney General's Office about them. I suggest you file a complaint with the "Consumer Protection Agency!"

gotta be Verizon, been complaining about their tech support and how for 6 months been shining me on about how they don't support 3 party software, and the google OS on my DROID THEY pre installed is 3rd party software, so they won't support any problems with it. probably the automated survey.

I've been getting calls from this number for the last 3 days. They keep calling me looking for my ex. I told them many times that we are no longer together and to stop calling me, but they continue to call. They said I am listed as an authorized user on his account. When I asked to be taken off, they said they would have to speak with him to authorize that change! How do I get these people to stop calling me?!?!?!?!

I just got a call. It was to Verizon wanting to verify they could talk to my mom. They called me since I am the authorized user on the account.
