This call came in on my cell phone. It was a tape recording in spanish.

call came feb 1 2008 7:43 pm mst on sprint cell phone missed it. number is land line unpublished.

Foreign language message ( in last month 5 phone calls from that number ) First phone call from 1-800-837-2458 and few seconds later from 1-360-444-9889

i got the call answered it, then somebody was speaking spanish, i don't understand it.  so i called it back and it said it was disconnected, i stayed on the line then heard...."south woodbe* washington, 360-321" i dont know if thats how you spell woodbe but its prounounced wood-be...im lookin it up.  if i get anymore details, then ill post.

The exchange 444 in 360 goes to a very small and sparsley populated community in Washington State. Chances are reporting the number to any local authority wont do any good since the number is probably not legit to begin with. Using things like skype and internet calling, essentially any number can show up now :(

WOW, missed call on 02-02-08 with 360-444-9889 ... but two death in here with that caller ID ... should we report it to police authority ?

We just purchased a phone for our younger daughter (10) in case of an emergency which she does not use for calling friends. Last night she received a call from this number and answered the phone and told us that people were speaking spanish and that was unfamiliar to her so she hung up right of way.

Got the call on 2-2-08 @ 2:08 in San Diego. Lots of gibberish, sounded Spanish. Couldn't make sense out of it, no one answered. I have Nextel.

Yep - California here, got the same call about 1PM and have Verizon.

got the call today while was taking a law enforcement test so I could not answer it. Glad I didn't now that I found this site.

I have T-Mobile too I think I might need to contact them and let them know I will not put up with it! Thanks for the info.

I received a call on my cell phone with this number +3604449889 I never answer calls unless I can Identify the caller especially since I was harassed for years by telemarketers, I put my number on the national no call list but the harassment continued and so we shut off our home phone, and got cell phones. I did a reverse # lookup it said: Hat Island, WA I refuse to return calls from someone I don't know.

Just got this missed call on my cell and thanks to this site I didn't call it back. Isn't there anything anyone (like police) can do!!!

Some con artist have a special machine that will route out calls like they are coming from a different number. It is a scam so beware.

I got a call at 6:41 PST. I didn't recognize the number or the area code so I didn't bother answering. After seeing the other posts, I'm glad I didn't. I've been bothered enough by all these telemarketers/scams/etc.

received at 830 pm mst, did not answer, googled, looks like a boiler room for mexican american scam.

Weird - I missed a call from this number earlier today on my cell phone (4:47pm Pacific) and didn't see it until this evening.  There wasn't a message so I was researching online, thinking it might be from a client I don't have in my cell trying to reach me - then I find this, very strange.  I have Verizon, not TMobile, so I don't think that's it.  Does anyone else live in CA?

I took my wife out to dinner tonight. Her cell phone rang with this number and she heard the spanish message and just hung up. Then about 30 minutes later I got the exact same call on my own cell phone. What the heck. We use T-mobile. Perhaps they got a T-Mobile list. What service do you all have? It just seemed too coincidental that we both got a call. We never give our cell # out and never get solicitations. So this was extremely weird and unusual.
