Telemarketer. For a timeshare in Florida. Contacting any attorney general will only get the state money. Filing a lawsuit for yourself will get you money. Plenty of lawyers out there that will represent you at no cost unless you win.   They want 5 or more calls per person though.  There are class action lawyers that will represent a group of people and it does not matter how many calls you received, but it will take years. Getting an individual lawsuit with enough calls and you should get around $300 per call.  Class action and you will be lucky to get $50.  You can still contact the FTC and I would contact your attorney generals office and the Florida Attorney Generals  Several class action lawsuits are suing The Berkley Group Inc and Caribbean Cruise Line Inc both out of Florida. Just stating they contacted you on a message board wont get anything done. Take a few minutes of your time to put a stop to this harassment.

Google spoofing caller id.
Complimentary cruise means free. The Florida Division of Consumer Services states they can only charge postage to get the prize to you. The cruise wants to charge a fee for a free trip.
http://www.caribbeancl.com/Terms.htm
Read #1. Complimentary means free.
Read #5. $59 per person fee x 2 =$108
Read #16. They claim the prize is distributed free of charge only by authorized business as a promotional product.
Read #17, An agent or representative that violates the law when representing another company the company they represent is also responsible for the violations.
Read #18. Federal state and local laws apply. They broke many laws millions of times. Cruise is not free. TCPA violations and so forth.
This is the only thing in bold under their terms and conditions.
This advertising material is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of a vacation ownership plan.
There are several websites and names they use to avoid getting caught. But everything is associated with two companies.  The calls and the cruise are to market a timeshare.  They are affiliated with many other companies that are small in comparison that will bombard you with telemarketing calls. They are caught...

They spoof the phone number. Look up what spoofing means. Look up Telephone Consumer Protection Act and nowhere does it say $100. It says $500 or treble damages if the call was willful.  Treble means 3x$500 =$1,500. A lawyer wants their cut and you will probably get $300 per call if you hire a lawyer.  The fines are per call and not per action. Learn about what you are talking about before you post.  It is an actual cruise  to sell a time share for a company that is also based out of Florida.

Here's the proof.
http://www.caribbeancl.com/
under terms of service at the bottom go to number 23. Also states the name of the timeshare that you have to participate in.

Plenty of lawsuits pending. One states that in 2000 they were fined by 16 Attorney Generals Offices and District of Columbia.
Also it states that the cruise is free. Free means that you do not pay. This is deceptive.
Florida Division of Consumer Services read under heading Have you been "selected" for a trip? BEWARE

It is not a scam. It is an actual cruise on an actual boat.  The cruise is to market a timeshare for a company out of Florida. The cruise is not free like they state.  They want you to pay a fee that is close to $100.  Every call that they make is illegal.  You can be compensated for every call they make to you.  After you talked to a live person they would have referred you to a website to enter the number they contacted you on and then your zip code. The questions they should have asked you is if you or someone you know are a diabetic. Your age, do you own or rent and a few others.  Keep details of when they call you and the number they contacted you from. They are using Washington State numbers to contact people.  Once you give them a name, you will be bombarded will more telemarketing calls with the name that you gave them.

I posted this message on another website for a little fun about calls from 360-460-1927, I hope you all take it that way too:

I too have received calls from these people, and just yesterday I was fast enough to answer the call. It was a "Survey" that said after questions were answered I would get two free tickets for a cruise. I knew this was a scam from the get go, and I answered all the questions. It then transferred me to a Live Agent. The Male sounding voice asked me my name and I replied Dick, he then needed a last name, so I let him know the last name was Head, he seemed confused, and wanted me to repeat my last name again, and of course I did and then to spelled it for him ?H E A D? ? He then said your name is D****Head? I replied that it was a family name and I was teased about the name D****HEAD. He hung up I am sorry to say, as my next thing I was going to say to just about any reply he could have said would have been, ?I would have to be D****Head ? if I believed anything from him, as I knew he was my cousin ?S*** Head?. (hi)

Some people already know who they are. Several law firms are waiting for more class members for a class action lawsuit.  You can also fill out a brief online form for the state you live in on the attorney generals website. The FTC, FCC, and the Florida Attorney General website would not hurt.  Consumers who receive these robo calls that are auto dialed can and do receive damages.  Google political survey telemarketing calls, for more info.  People need to take a few minutes of their time to get this stopped once and for all.  Attorney General's have filed lawsuits against companies with fewer than 100 complaints.  Please keep records of when they call you, what number they called from, and if the call had a brief pause before you heard a person or recording on the other end, if the call was a live person and try to document what was said in the call.
If you go through the prompts, you will be able speak to a live person. They will not tell you who they are or where they are located. They ask for your name. They will give you a website address to go to that will ask for the number you were contacted on and your zip code. By filling out the website, you will be bombarded with telemarketing calls for days+.  They use these precautions to avoid being detected/located.  The phone numbers are spoofed (don't worry, they are located in Florida) and they have a website/websites with no location info for you to go through to see if you are interested in the cruise that is for the timeshare sale. The cruise is not free.  Most people will hang up when called and do not know the laws.  There are several steps they take to make sure you are interested in the cruise before they give you more info about who they are.  Most people that go through the steps to take the cruise are unaware of what the telemarketers and others are doing is illegal and so are the majority that hang up.  The calls are a cheap way for them to advertise.
