Called my cell, PA number. Left a blank voicemail and hung up. Called back to receive a busy signal. How /why do these things call cell phones? :/

I received this on my cell phone but did not answer because I did not recognize it and did not want to pay for the minutes and it is outside my local calling area for calling back on my land line.

It seems  they called me before back in November.

Here in saint Louis Missouri got a call around 12 from this number didnt answer but everytime I called back it was busy. Number going under Don't Answer in my phone

Both my boyfriend and myself received calls a few minutes apart.  His number is new but mine has been on the do no call list for a long time.  Doesn't seem to stop them!

I was in Saint Louis, Missouri.

They got me an hour ago in Sunny Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN...

I got a call from this # today.  They left no message, and when I called them back I just got a busy signal.  I am surprised to see there are so many people that got a call from this mystery number today.

some kind of lame cruise ship scam/offer...didn't stay on the line to find out which company.

Called at 11:00 am today eastern time. Left no message.

Make $500+ by just filing a complaint in small claims court AFTER you ask to be added to company-specific do not call list. This IS harassment, and you can stop it and possibly make some good money off it too.

Just got called 02-10-2012 and answered the call and got hung up on. 13:08 PST

Can we sue these people for harassment if they call and we warn them not to call again? After the first or second warning, isn't it harassment?

Ignored this call as I usually do...  I'm going to change my cell number to one that has not been used before.  Im so tired of these calls.   Bleepin Bleep.

I just got the same exact message.
At first I was hearing weird noises, then this guy was like you can win tickets to a cruise if you answer these questions.
