I've been getting multiple calls from this number on my cell.  I usually ignore it, but tonight chose to answer it.  No one was there.

Just now getting around to googling this number, which was in my cell's "received calls,"   having phoned my cell at 9:40 am on Sept. 26.  I love this site!  So many mystery calls revealed.  Thanks, everyone, for your posts!

Yeah good luck trying to get off the list. I hit 3 to be removed and the computer said it will take 7 to 10 business days. SERIOUSLY??! Do I look that stupid?  It takes seconds (not weeks) to call up information in any database highlight it and hit delete. I love how these companies pull the stupid card when you refuse to pay along with them. Cell providers need to start providing us with call bllocking technoogy. I can't go anywhere without some advertiser sticking their ad in my face. These marketers are worst than a bad case of herpies. I think I am going to change my phone numbers and start hiding behind a google voice number so these computers cannot get me anymore. Where's a destructive virus when you need one?

I answered and hung up as soon as they congratulations. Congratulations my a**! They want money first. What I want to know is why a Canadian number is calling me in NY and how the hell they got my cell # in the first place. WHERE IS THE CALL REGISTRY IN ALL OF THIS? THEY DON'T SEEM TO BE WORTH THE TAX MONEY WE PAY TO KEEP THIS USELESS SERVICE GOING.

This number called my cell twice 9/26 and 9/28.  Leave no message and when you call the number back it says Verizon member cannot be reached.

I got two calls from this number and I say hello two or three times and there is no one there so I hang up.

I keep getting calls from this number and other number that start with 360-460-_ _ _ _. freaking annoying. they never leave messages. it happens like every other day.

I get a call from this number and 360-460-xxxx  or 360-322-xxxx at least twice a day on my work blackberry.  I never answer and when I called back from another phone, I just get a busy signal.  Annoying.

Look for your cell phone carrier's privacy policy and use the instructions to opt out.
Neither, this or the DNC list will stop the scammers that are the most likely source of these calls.

New laws started in September allowing your cell phone company to sell their phone lists to whoever.  Signed up on www.donotcall.org but calls continue from several numbers including 360-460-6284, takes 30 days before they have to stop calling.  You can also file a complaint against a telemarketer on the website.

I've gotten 2 calls from this number-didn't pick up in time, they didn't leave a message either time. I thought that maybe it was a college recruiter (because I'm a high-schooler and I've been looking into colleges). Since I haven't answered I don't know if it's the same, but last year I got a few calls from 202-480-5620 with the "boat horn". Both times from that number I hung up, and have blocked the number. I'll do the same with this one.

Its very annoying to get calls from people that leave a message or and just remain silent on the line. Today i received a call from 360-460-1927 during the day .I am not too sure of the time i would have to go on my log section of calls to get to know what time it was? Yesterday ,i got two calls from a different number 360-460-6284.The first call was at :12:59pm and the other was at: 9:27am. I notice this person with this number
hasnt said anything but just hunged up. Its odd i get odd callers calling my numbers. I kept their vm calls for the future when needed.

360-460-6284 & 360-460-1927 both number have been calling and hanging up, If I return the call, it's a busy tone.  I downloaded a Blacklist app, but it forwards a new number to harrass me with.  Stop it please!
