This is a credit card company that tries to lead you to believe you (OR YOUR KIDS) are already doing business with but its a trick to try and get you to roll several cards together. Blah.. Blah... Blah...
Don't give them the time of day!!  Wish we could somehow disable them being able to call us!!
THIS IS A LOW LIFE COMPANY NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

They will  not stop calling, They will call from different numbers, every month. I owe nothing on credit balance, have been telling them for  5 years now.  I have reported them, nothing is ever done.

I filed a complaint for this number plus 16 other numbers to the FTC for this Card Services. I have 12 of these numbers blocked on my phone; this is my limit with my phone company. This Company has many numbers they call from including cell phone numbers. All we can do is keep filing these complaints with FTC and maybe they will catch up with this Company. I have been dealing with these people calling me since 2009. I have asked them to take me off their list and all they do is hang up on me. Time to shut this business down. As long as you have caller ID you can write the numbers down, I am doing a log sheet with all the numbers. I called my Local Phone Co., talked to the Police and filed for the 3rd time on the "Do Not Call List". The Police advised me to file a complaint with the FTC, I have done that. I will be filing a complaint every time they call. I knew this was a scam when they didn't specify to whom they wanted to speak nor did they identify themselves... their threat was another give-away as we are not in arrears on any bills.  I simply hung up without saying a word.  Never talk to callers like this...they are scum/scam bags.

Left Messages about credit card Problems and wants to prevent litigation. Says it is the last call that I will receive. But, It never is! They call all the time. How do I get off their list? I am on the do not call list.

After receiving numerous annoying calls I pressed 1 and told the male to please stop calling my number. He replied "Go F yourself".This is not only an annoyance but it is now verbal abuse.

Got a call from this number various times this month .. We called Card Member Services they say it's not coming from them IT"S A SCAM ... Do not give them any information ....

ID = "PHONE". On another call reporting site, I seem to be the first person to get a lot of weird calls. Interesting that the name Alexis is named in a comment posted here. In 2007, I had an awful time with a collection agency. The local phone company had disconnected my old phone number, and given me a new number. The new number was for an Alexis (who used numerous other aliases) who was being sought by a collection agency. I had to explain to the man I spoke to that I had just gotten the number in 2007, and therefore I could not be Alexis. Amazingly, and very courteously, he corrected the problem --- and I never got a call from that or any other collection agency again because of that phone number.

We get these calls all the time . Now this place is using cell phone #'s, that's what it says on our caller ID, and they are from other States. They are very rude people and if you even try to talk to them and ask them to remove them from their list, they hang up. I get several calls from an automotive voice from Rachael. This probably has gone on for at least 2 years now. This month I counted 17 calls from them most of them are different #'s but with the same recording from good ole Rachael. I think it's time to stop these people, but they are sly.

got a call today, no messae left from them when it went to voicemail.  If you get a solitication call just tell them if they do not stop called you will report them to the Federal Trade Comission.  yes, it works.  remind them you have their number in your caller id and can prove they are herassing you.  They will typically say they will remove your number and to give them 24 hours to do so.

If it's about credit cards it is a SCAM!  We have never owned a credit card, so why on earth would they be calling us???

Got called today from the 360-474-3209 PHONE caller. Credit Card Services he exclaimed when I inquired. Asked if over $6000 in CC debt. Said not comfortable with giving personal info. He hung up. BWAAA! I wanted my interest lowered by them. Right. Excuse me gotta get back into my padded cell.

Same s***, different day. These b****eads keep calling again and again and again, morphing their numbers so call block won't stop them. If we ever really find out where they are calling from, they will need a visit.

I get calls from this number everyday. Nobody ever answers and so I just hang up. Have call labeled as IDIOT on my caller ID and that way I know not to answer.

Received call to reduce interest rate from 360-474-3209.  I pressed #1 to talk to someone and was rudely hung up on.  I'm on a no call list which does not seem to work.

I picked up to tell these people to remove me from their call list.  Waited through their entire bogus credit card scam message about how they had 'contacted me several times" to reduce my interest rate.  This message is a lie, as I track every call and correlate similar messages, these people had not contacted us, and we do not carry credit cards with 6% interest.  Once I got the 'friendly' live operator she sounded as dumb as dirt (definitely not 'friendly' when answering) and she hung up on me before I could finish the request to be removed from the call list.

I track these telemarketing calls and document them carefully.  Did you know it is possible to sue these crooks under the TCPA?  Telephone Consumer Protection Act.... look it up and more power to you.  Keep a copy of the recording if possible, it allows one to cross-reference who is calling from multiple numbers with the same recorded message.

I get this same call from a number of different cities.  I do not want them to call.  When I finally talked to someone to tell them to take my name off their list, they hung up on me.

When you stay on the line and press 1 "to speak to a friendly operator"; someone will answer but rudely cuts off the call as soon as you try to tell them NOT to call you again.  They do not tell you how to get off their stinking list, they just cut you off.  THIS IS A LOW LIFE COMPANY NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Got a call from this company to lower my interest rates on my credit cards...hard to do since I pay off every month and pay no interest...when I advised her of this she hung up on me....another phone scam....itiots
