Doesn't work...I have asked the do not call list people for over a year and a half about these people. I think the do not call list is a bigger scam than the people calling us. Good luck. They'll be calling you again and again.

re: 360 474-3904

Got this number today as a voice mail message, but there was just some noise on the line.
No message was actually left.

I'm glad to know about this site, where people can report their experiences and help
each other. Thanks.

I get these idiots calling me with their "lower your rates".  Fact is I don't HAVE a credit card; haven't for years now and am totally debt free.  So I put on my 90 year old granny voice and tell them how my ex would never let me have a credit card and now that I can have one I'd like two.  They don't know what to say when I do that.  Being on the "do not call" list did about as much good as tits on a boar so I just screw with them.

I get calls from this number and at least 8 others a few times a week. Initially when I started getting all the calls I filed complaints with federal and state (Pennsylvania) agencies. The federal complaint system never even responds. The state system respond with numerous excuses why the calls cant be stopped. The do not call lists are unenforceable laws and the telemarketers know it. I did speak with someone in the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals office who even said the same thing. Why do we keep getting annoying calls all the time? Because the people placing the calls can. And once again the government acts like its doing something, the Do Not Call Act, but doesnt enforce it.

I did not answer it when I saw on my caller ID that it said Lower Interest Rate. I am on the no call list and I guess that doesn't make a difference.

These a***oles call me once a day.  I get on the line with them and tell them I am reporting them to the FCC and one said (and I quote) "I don't give a s***."  Then he hung up.  Who are these people and how can we get rid of the?  I am on the DO NOT CALL list, but that is a worthless operation with no teeth.

Let me tell you the scam: They say they will lower your interest rates.  They ask you to "call the number on the back of your card" so they can talk to the credit card agency. They are on the line and hear you give your account number and security code.  I asked them if they thought we were stupid.  The answer is obviously "tes" they scam the young and the elderly.  I reported them to the local police - who were not at all interested.  Everybody PLEASE report them to FRAUD !!

Just called. Left a message.
Same recording as from other numbers "Lowe your interest...".
My "blocked number list" was full yesterday,  had to empty it to make room for new numbers. I get a few calls every days and this is very annoying.

The infamous "Racheal from Card Holder Services". This is a criminal organization who are stealing from thousands of people's bank accounts. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION! Don't even bother mentioning  that you're on the "do Not Call List". they will just hang up on you. Don't bother hitting the number three to "prevent further calls" They will call you back within 48 hours as they have been doing to me for six years. With today's techknology, I can't fathom why the FBI haven't been able to stop these thieves. In any case, if someone just happened to find out where these people work and set fire to them, I believe it would be a time for much rejoicing by many.

Our representatives should enact a law mandating that all telemarketers should be charged Twenty-five Cents for each telemarketing call made to any Home or Business.  This charge would appear as a credit on your bill to help compensate for the use of your paid "private" line.

There should be an exemption for telemarketer calls made to The White House, All Members of Congress and Telemarketer Calls made to other Telemarketer Call Centers.  These should remain "free."

I have received calls from this number for the last year.  Most time I don't answer or just push the number to have my name removed from the call list.  Asking to have your name removed does not work.  My telephone service AT&T can't block this number.  I do have call blocking. Another call today. Pushed the number to speak to a live operator.  A man answere and identified himself as Mike, and said "How can I help you today", I told Mike to kiss my @#$ and remove my name from the list.  The call got ugly at this point and we talked about each other mother. This discussion lasted for about five minutes and it was not nice.  I told him that anyone else calling from "Lower Interest Rates - 360-474-3904" would get the same treatment.  After receiving these calls for such a long time, I felt "good" telling Mike to kiss my @#$.  If you get these call I would suggest you do the same.  Asking to have your name removed just does not work. These people are stupid.

You can only block numbers using Verizon, if you have FIOS.  We have a DSL line and I was told by Verizon yesterday after trying to block a number, that the older lines (DSL) could no longer handle blocking calls.  Is this a push to get everyone on FIOS, like the Cable companies did for TV?

I, too, have dialed back and pressing "1" to stop calls - it did NOT work!

I went ahead and waited for my call to be answered.   The woman seemed to be moderately familiar with the English language.   I asked her the name of the company.   She said, "Corporate Offices for Visa, Mastercard, and Discover."    I have contacted the Washington State Attorneys Office, but as expected, Rob McKenna is a piece of crap.

This is the same "card account services" that uses a series of other phone numbers. It's a recorded message saying to press 1 to talk to an operator or 3 to be removed from their list.
As usual, the operator will not give her correct name or the name of the company. And, obviously, without the company's information, there's no way to report them to the FTC or your state's Do Not Call list.

I got a call too.  Same thing as comes in from other phone numbers.  Obviously then don't care about DNC and aren't going to give you a real name, number, or address.  Doesn't do you any good to get upset with them.

I've heard of some people wanting to have fun and just see how long they can string them along with bs.  The more time you keep them online the fewer other people they will be able to call, and they won't reach their quota.

However, I like to try and play on their conscience.  It goes something like this "Look, I'm on the do-not-call list and you probably don't care.  Do you have confidence in your abilities?  Why are you limiting your future to the lowlife of being an illegal telemarketer?  Don't you think you can do better than that?

Same deal here. They called (pre-recorded message) me even though I am on the DO NOT CALL list wanting to lower my credit card interest. I pressed the option to speak to someone and when I told them I was on the Do Not Call List, they promptly hung up.

WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY do we bother to have a DNC list when it's not enforced anyway. Damn FCC! Typical... out government hard at work making laws and screwing the people, but not enforcing them!

Good luck to all.

The robocall scammers from Card Services called again today. They call every day sometimes several times per day and they call from many different numbers. The robocall voice said, Press one to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates.

10:37am today they called from 971-220-1787.  I pressed "3" to discontinue the calls.  As I suspected, but hoped not, pressing "3" merely verifies it is a live number.  Less than an hour later they called back:

11:21am today they called from 971-220-1783.

They have also called from 360-474-3904 on previous days.  I did not pick up then, but merely screened the call as the answering machine picked up.

Do not pick up the phone for these numbers.  Usually I don't but I had a weak moment of actually believing the 'remove from the list' system might be legit.  Woe to me for my own stupidity.  I will continue to record these phone messages, log them carefully, and plan my lawsuit per the advice of some others here.

Correction of error in my earlier post:  "We have told them it is our intention to drop our landline completely if they do NOT find a way to prevent these calls."

...and while you are searching, if you are interested, search "Stellar Wind" and look for the article in Wired magazine.  Citizens desiring privacy should LOVE that.  LOL.  Good luck.

They also called from 971-220-1787.  They just keep calling.  We are on the DNC list.

Really, phone subscribers need to pressure their providers to stop these calls.  The phone service providers enable these crooks, sell them phone lists, and also limit the ability to block phone numbers so that these scumbuckets get the most hits possible and the recipients of these calls cannot do much about them.

We moved into a number that received up to 17 of such calls a DAY.  We insisted that Comcast change our number at no cost.  They had also published our number without asking us.  We have told them it is our intention to drop our landline completely if they do find a way to prevent these calls.  It can be done.  A previous phone service provider offered a service that made all callers except for a select few favorites to enter digits by hand to get the call completed... this eliminated all robocalls from ringing and we were not bothered.

Honestly, we are so sick of the criminal cabal corporatocracy that sells out paying customers at every turn, undermines privacy, and generally laughs all the way to the bank.  We citizens really need to start hitting the corporates where it hurts... the bottom line... when they do such things as sell our numbers and info to harrassers.  Oh, and BTW, it is not just limited to corporations...  many state governments sell driver license/registration info to marketers and whomever else!  Amazing but true.  Search on it.
