I use selective call forwarding to this number.  So I add all the telemarketers to my forward list and they call each other.

I'm tired of it!  The "do not call" list is a big joke to these people.  If an individual would keep calling people like they do he would be arrested for harassment!

360-474-3909 is a credit card ID thief. They say they are calling to lower you interest rate, but they talk you out of your credit card number and its off to the races. Once they have your credit card number they got you. They get the number and they now have a credit card in your name and you have the bill.

Message from 'Card Services' (garbled and cut off at beginning; entire message was prerecorded): ...problems currently with your account. It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility to lower your interest rate to as little as 6.9%. Your eligibility expires shorty so it is urgent that you contact us Press number 3 to discontinue further notices or press 1 now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate. Turn it around on them and do what I did. Get a Digitone Call Blocker. Seriously, a solid 30% of all
calls coming into my house phone were from telemarketers, telescammers, politicians, survey takers,
and zombie debt collectors. Now they are all blocked. Once again, life is good. An alternative might
be to find a number that when you call it, gives you a message that the number is not in service. Then
you use your selective call forwarding and send all of your unwanted calls to that number.  Good luck
all.

Setting your phone to fax isn't good.  The same telemarketers who are bothering you by phone sell "live" numbers too and when they recognize a fax, they sell the number to those junk quantity fax services.  You'll wind up getting faxes at 2am, 3am, etc.  Happened to me and I had to change my number.

Another robo-call from Cardmember services. Latest was May 22, 2012 at 1:15 p.m.  Recorded female voice said that there was no problem with our account, but that we could save big on interest. Tone was urgent, as if the "deal" was about to expire. I was curious, so I pressed 1 to speak to a representative. The woman was abrupt, asked if our credit card debt was greater than 3-thousand. When I said no she hung up immediately. The recording, and the behavior of the live reps, are the same. No one in a position of authority seems to be able to stop this.

This is another unsolicited "card services" number that I am plagued with.  I would appreciate a "cease and desist" order to stop these annoying calls.

I know it is frustrating, but the best thing you can do is to continue to report. Blocking number is absolutely useless. They will just use another. They are relentless forgeign criminals. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR CREDIT CARD. Criminals do not care about the law. Criminals will not respect your privacy and your request to be taken off the list.

Telemarketing scams are on the rise. I have been getting these calls since 2009. Day in and day out. i started keeping a list of numbers back in November of 2011 and I have over 40+ numbers. Some of the numbers they use over again. Nevertheless, they will not take you off the list. They will just continue to call. Please, please, please, WARN OTHERS. Common sense will tell yah that they stay in business becuase they are scamming people. The more people who are dumb enough, gullible, or vunerable (LIKE THE ELDERLY) who fall prey to this scam, the longer they will stay in business. WARN OTHERS WARN OTHERS WARN OTHERS.
Continue to report to the DNC list, as well as to your local law enforcement, FBI, States Attorney Generals office, Congressman, even to your local news investigation team. I pray each employee and manager are exterminated like the coach roaches that they are soon enough.
Good luck folks. REPORT AND WARN.

Got the "Rachel" call today. I informed her that I have asked "Cardholder Services" no less than four times to stop calling me, that I am on the Do Not Call list, and that if I get one more call I'll be contacting an attorney. She said, and I quote, "this is not the last time you'll be haring from us" and hung up on me.

Just received a call on my landline on Memorial Day at 3:25pm AZ time. When I answered, they hung up. If it's regarding credit cards, I don't have any, so not sure why this number is calling me.

Yep, just got yet another call to lower my credit interest. I don't carry a balance on my card, I don't need my interest rate lowered. Oh, yea, and ". . . This will be your LAST chance to lower your rate." Promise! I've been hoping that the last thousand calls that made this promise would be real. No such luck.

Same story.  360-474-3909,  Told me they were calling to reduce my interest rate on my credit card.  After the 5th call I asked them what credit card (I do have one) and they didn't know the name of my card or whether it was Visa, MC, etc.  As I started to say 'Remove me from your list'  they hung up.  But they continued to call.  Filed with the do not call list.  LOL.  When has that ever helped?  So the best thing to do is get them on the line and act interested.  Go on and on using up their time and expenses.  Play with them.  Time is money with these scammers.  They might give my number to their enemies, but I can play them, too.  Have some fun.

The best way to avoid future calls is to add caller rejection service and no solicitation to your phone *78
I rarely get these annoying calls anymore  and if I do I simply add them to my caller rejection list
