I receive calls from several Marysville, WA calls a day.  Same area code and prefix, different last 4 numbers sometime.  Have filed complaints at FCC.gov, to no avail.  Unable to speak to a person to ask them not to call. I'm also on the DO NOT CALL list, which is pointless.  They also call my husband's cell and home phone number.  @#$!%@*  .

AT&T customer's are being harassed by this area code also. They change their phone number so beware! I blocked all (360) area codes now let's see if it works. I too want to know how my cell phone number was released to telemarketers or political researcher's. I did not give my approval to anyone to release my cell number and I am mad!

What do these people want? OMG! Another pollitical survey!

They called my cell phone.

These people called on May 4th and 15th, left no messages. It has been suggested to ignore the call. That doesn't stop the calls from being annoying!!

Same thing with me~~When I answered, was told If I answer "THEIR" questions, I win a 2 day cruise~~WHOOPEE~~I just push button"reject" now~~I,too , am on Do Not Call list~What the heck is "the DO NOT CALL 'list doing to get these people?? And why sign up if "the List" is not going to fine them or exclude them from operating?

Everybody who gets a call from this number should file an FCC complaint.

This is likely a phony, computer generated number, maybe related to 253-382-9266.  Both use the ruse of political surveys/solicitations to get around to the fraudulent "You won a cruise" game, which requires you to provide them with a credit card number to pay for port fees and taxes.  Agreeing to say $200 in port fees/taxes may actually show up as a $500-1,000 charge on your credit card, which may be difficult to remove unless you can provide documentation to your card company.  Don't fall for it.

Calls from these thieves are another reason to immediately contact your elected reps in DC to completely rewrite the DNC laws, prescribing severe fines and prison sentences for violators. The FTC is useless.  Since this is a major elections year, one can expect increasing numbers of calls as November approaches, from all kinds of solicitors, liars, firebreathers, nonsensical messages, surveys, etc.  Those wanting contributions will likely pocket the money and disappear.  Even established campaigns can't be trusted - the campaign accounts of one elected rep were recently embezzled of $4.2M, by her supposed long time trusted aides.  We had primary elections in Virginia on March 6th, which was preceded by numerous daily calls from all the phonies and liars.  One day we even got 23 such calls. They even call on Saturdays and Sundays at all hours.  We got a dozen such calls on Easter Sunday, too - it would figure that these godless animals and criminals would not be in church on Easter Sunday. The exemptions for political, charity, telemarketers, surveys, and non-profit related calls, etc. all have to be outlawed and stopped.  Everyone, please contact your reps in DC!

Just now posting but I too received a call on May 4th from this number but it was for something political and nothing about a cruise...didn't listen to the whole message but it was definitely politics.

I receive calls from this number and there is no one there. Very annoying.

I spoke with someone from an Attorney General's office a few months ago about these supposed spam calls. She said the calls are from overseas and they spoof their number to make it appear as if it is a US number. I was advised to not answer the call. If I did answer the call, DO NOT RESPOND IN ANY MANNER. The prompt to be put on their do not call list is bogus. Any response indicates to that computer (and it is a computer doing the initial dialing) that your number is a live real number, and it will continue to call you.

As I understand it, "Do not call" does not apply to non-profits such as political organizations.  I have also received calls from the same number.

call came on my cell phone.  been on dnc list since it started.  no message.

PaulPC said that it was a politcal poll call.  I got one recently and told them I was too busy to talk, not to call here again.  I see on my phone log that I got a call from this number on May 4 at a late afternoon hour.  

Politcal polls are exempt from the DNC List!  Remeber that folks.  Yes we hate and yes it is a crooked thing for our politicians to exempt themselves and their advertisement agencies.  Do not automatically think that someone is breaking the DNC List law just because you have received a call while on the DNC List.  I may just be one of the sorts who are exempt.

How do we stop the DNC List exemptions????

I believe that all of this is going to seem very small and will take a back seat to the latest spam, SMS and Text Message SPAM.  I've heard that your provider will tell you to reply with "stop," and when you do you may, by doing so, be accepting to be placed on a regular and reoccurring billed service.$

It is the latest addition the deffiniton of "being slammed."

I'll guess that message communication will go through many more changes.

Got a call from this number is San Antonio, TX, Fri May 4. Am on the no call list. Obviously, the list doesn't work.

Called one of my cells on 4 May 2012 @ 4:07 pm. Didn't answer it & the b@#**ds didn't leave message, etc. Also on DNC list-need to put these vultures in prison and confiscate ALL assets, etc since tge pathetic "handslap" fines do not stop them. Why should it? Just look at the money these frauds are taking!

received a call from them yesterday at 3:15pm.  i believe it's a survey company, possibly got my number via a Camel promotion.  they enjoy calling me at least once a day, and no matter how many times i press 9 to be removed from their list, lo and behold!  a call comes in from them the very next day.  eff this company!!

I also got a call from this number on Friday. Didn't answer since I didn't know the number. Fortunately they didn't bother to waste my time with leaving voicemails.
