I received a call and all I heard was a click when the call disconnected when I answered.  It said "pacifictel' on my caller ID.

it calls a lot but...it hangs up very shortly as if you are to call it back. no way!

Nobody is there, there is no recording.  I get a call from this number at least once a day sometimes 2 or three times in a day.
