Also uses -3942, -3989. Don't pick up, they never leave a message. Phone #s are presumably out of Arlington or Marysville WA, which are north of Seattle. Other reverse call lookups erroneously labeled these cities as being in Island County, which they are not. They are in Snohomish County.

This call is not a survey. It is a propaganda spreading disinformation call. The first question asks you about the things you are most concerned about, all 4 of which are republican talking points.

Don't answer any calls from 360 area code. I keep blocking , they keep changing their number. I have reported the calls to FCC. If everbody that posts here would complain, maybe something would be done about this SCAM!

Been flooded with these calls in May, daily. On the NDNC List, complained numerous times. This is pure harrassment. They aren't really Political Opions of America and sure they aren't Opinionology, they are prank calls, spam, robo dailing stalkers. Dead call junk, bottom feeders they get away with this crap. US government...DO SOMETHING!

Call was sent to my Cell Phone May 20, at 12:32 PM. I did not answer becase I did not know where 360 474-3989 was coming from. I do not want this kind of call to my phone but do not know how to prevent them. I have applied for Do Not Call but that does not seem to help.

I live in North Carolina and received a call from this # on my house phone. No message. It is an area code in Washington. Then I flew to visit family in Washington State and the same # called me on my cell phone. Oddly, this did not start till I renewed my "Do Not Call" preferences.
