Was told the woman was from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and they were investigating all thepackages that I have been receiving.  Didn't like the fact that I said to send a  certified letter to which I would respond.  Hung up on me and called back twice.  Second time used a different number.  I don't think flower bulbs are worth an investigation

got a call from officer sam johnson hard to understand called from 512 524 3409 said he worked for some law investigations  place and that my name and ssn was tied to a case and if i did not call back i would have a warrant. i believe that this was a id scam. just to get me to call back. he never said my name on the recording.   so watch out for this scam

Said they were with Marcus Law Firm and that they were gonna file suit on me for a finance company had my name and the last four of my social the bad part is it was a wrong social i know its fraud just because of that part.....looked up the number on 411.com its an unpublished number which if it was a law firm in my line of work the number would have been listed......total FRAUD!!!

I got the same call stating that he was going to file suit if I did not settle the claim today, funny thing was that he would not give me any information about who I owed the debt to unless I settled the case with him. I asked he send the info on the company in writting to me but he would only do that if I settled the debt with him also. When I gave him some fair credit reporting info he disconected the phone. He also stated that he had my social. He stated his name was Markus Williams and he was with a law firm. Total Scammer!

If you call that number today, the Federal Trade Commission has a recording about it being a PHISHING number..and a scam!! COOL! FINALLY!!!

Guess he needed to change the name, today he is Markus Williams with the Markus Law Firm. Wanted me to settle my debt before he would give me any info on what I even owed or who I owed it to. Started telling him fair credit reporting rules and he disconnected the phone. Called Markus Law Firm he is not associated with them in any way. He and his number have been reported to the Federal Trade Comission and the Attorney Gernerals office in 3 states. It is a scam don't give him your money report it to the federal trade comission so something can be done about it you posted it here take 5 minutes and report it to them. If enough complaints come in they can stop him.

i have gotten several calls from this number.I
recieved at lest 2 messages from some guy name jeff to my work number.He is talking about fraud.I have not committed any type of fraud. I decide to look this number up and saw other people complainging aobut this company. I don't know how they got my work number and I am so sick and tired of them number calling me.

I also have gotten these phone calls. I have told this "man" that I will countersue for harrassment if he didn't stop calling me at work or on my cell phone. I'd like to get an exact physical location and really file the suit.

I have been getting these calls for almost 1yr now. I refuse to speak with them and when they do reach me I tell them that I am not the person and get their number to leave a message for myself. Each time the same person with a new name. IT seem that they would give up after one yr, but they are persistant. SO SORRY NOT FALLING FOR THIS.

Today the man's name is Austin I guess Roger wasn't getting anywhere so they've switched up LOL it really is a sad situation and unfortunately some people have fallen victim to these scams so they keep trying. However I don't understand why they keep calling people that they have got to know aren't going to do anything.  If you called me six months ago and told me the same thing you're tell me today and it didn't do you any good six months ago why would they thing it would work today, especially since I had more money back then when gas prices were so high LOL at any rate I'm glad God invented the ignore button cause I'm not changing anything in my life because of they crazy folks!!!

If Stephanie does NOT stop calling me about 5 counts that were filed against me. . . . It's gotta be something that can be done about these people.  I can't use my phone anymore because they're constantly calling. Get a life and a real job!

Just recieved a call from Stephanie Johnson calling at work for a employee... Very heavy accent. When I asked very nicely not rudely at all what it was about I received an abrupt thank you and click.

got several phone calls from this man.  matthew johnson is what he said his name was.  i couldn't understand half of what he said in the message he left.  but i did hear this he said that is we didn't contact him ASAP that he was truely sorry for what was going to happen to us. something about taking us to court over a payday loan.  we have had one payday loan and we paid that back when we where suppose to.  they call from the same number until i report it on here and then they change numbers.    i'm going tomorrow to have my phone number changed. and put a stop to this one way or the other.  i don' t have time for people trying to scam me out of money. looks to me like we could do something about this.

A man left a message for from this # 360-519-5820 claiming to be Samuel Johnson a Restitution Officer from Marcus Law Firm. It is another scam about a payday loan and taking you to court. He said my original loan amount was $300 but with court cost, penelties and fees I owe $9464. The charges are: Violation of Federal Banking, Internet Fraud, Bank Fraud, Collateral Check Fraud and Theft by Deception. He had the last four #s of my social knew where I worked and when I told him I knew it was a scam he was pulling he proceeded to curse me out calling me a MF, telling me to shove the $$$ up my *ss and called me a slutty *ick sucking *itch. Their "mailing" address is 1116 Crystal Ave. Enumclaw, WA 98022 or 1116 11th St. Same city and state.
