To answer the question of Bob the Builder, telemarketing fraud is such a big business, that they have computer programs that can very efficiently list every area code and exchange and run through all 10,000 possible numbers in the exchange.  It is also possible that they can obtain the do-not-call list and turn it into their call list.  Their automation can efficiently discover and bypass those who wisely never buy anything from telemarketers ever, and those who foolishly believe that the do-not-call list has protected them from the crooks.  VOIP enables the scammers to call from anywhere in the world and forge any number, so they have no fear of the FTC.

Claims to be Google Plus helping to promote my business.  Using the online pharmacy scams as my business model, I was able to waste a few minutes of her time.  Eventually I had to ask her to hold on a second, and I waited for her to hang up.

I've typed in a ton of numbers (including this one) and they're ALL telemarkters or scammers. I'm only 13 so can anyone tell me how they're getting my number?

I block the # using Blacklist app for Android. Works great. I think it is a collection company as I have collectors calling since I am going bankrupt.

I have been recieving calls from this number several times and want them to stop. I am registered on the do not call list yet they persist. HOW DO I STOP THE CALLS??????

1.   I am on the Do Not Call Registry
2.  These people identify themselves at "Card Member Services."
3.  They call/ text my cell phone daily
4.  They call our house at least once a week
5.  We have NEVER done business with them
6.  I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list
7.  Their calls are ending  up costing me money for minutes and data
8.  I have reported their calls to the FTC and the Do Not Call Registry
9.  It won't stop . . . . Any other ideas how to get these people to stop calling me?

i dont want any phone calls from people i dont no, i dont use my cell phone for bills, i change my number and this is what i get   dont like it

The company's name is mysuccesstrack.com (a.k.a. Consumer Credti Group). If you have paid either one of these company's a fee ranging from $595 to $1495 to lower your interest rates, you need to call your credit card company and have the charge removed because it is a fradulent company. They will not lower your rates. They will only send you a calander showing you how to get out of debt by making your payments. They have three phone numbers 888.707.7117 , 877.506.4908, and (888) 363-8707. The company owners are Dale Robinson and another scammer named Brett. You can find their address on www.bbb.org. Call your states attorney general and report them for the robo calls they send out. File a small claims lawsuit against them and you will definately win. Copy this message and post it to other scam sites to warn others.

Company is called PacificTel which I have researched and confirmed is owned by Mr. Stephen Hamilton whose business address is listed at 12228 Venice Blvd. #559  Los Angeles CA  90066 and with a business direct line of (310) 895-0574.   This address is in the scummy apartment area of East LA.

I have filed complaints with ?The National Do Not Call Registry? and ALL the calls have increased since! I have now filed a complaint with Federal Communications Commission and requested the Feds get involved since everything done has not stopped them. I am concerned with the scamming as well as the volume of calls but also the direct attack on those registered under ?Do Not Call?. I have gone through my phone and reported ALL the numbers they are using and included this website with everyone?s complaints.

PLEASE! IF YOU ARE RECEIVING THESE CALLS YOU NEED TO FILE ALL THE NUMBERS THEY ARE USING ON THE FCC WEBSITE SO THEY CAN GET THE FEDS INVOLVED AND SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN!

Nope - it doesn't belong to NCO - who is a collections agency albeit a somewhat scurrious one.    These are robo telemarketing calls to lower credit card rates.  I've traced the # back to Stephen Hamilton at PacificTel - not PacificTel the phone company but a separate telemarketing scam company.

I tried calling back the # several times but it's only to DNC registry. I am already on DNC list. Whenever I answer, the line disconnects immediately. I am ready to file a complaint.

Its bad enough they call your home, now they are calling my cell phone.
I only have 300 minutes.  How do you stop the calls??  The do not call list is of no help for the house or the cell, still getting annoying calls.

This number called my cell several times this month, most recently today. When I got the first call, I googled it and came up with this page as well as googling how to block it. I downloaded an app to my phone that blocks unwanted calls. It still shows up in my missed calls, but at least the phone isn't ringing anymore when it does. The next step is to contact my service provider and will submit a report to the FCC as well. I had been getting spam text messages from the same area code for a while. I forwarded those to my service provider, but now the phone calls!

This people continue to call me, and when I answer they say nothing.  Harrasment continues daily and throughout the day.

Shows up as "US Census Govement" which right away I found strange since they fired everyone in the census months ago, so I did not answer and the voice message said they are a credit service that helps lower your credit. I don't trust any company that lies on the Caller ID to try to get you to answered, stay away from these guys they are the lowest of the lowest.

Yes, I got another annoying call from this Washington area code. Thanks to caller ID, I do not pick up any number I don't recognize. This is the second or possibly third call I've gotten. I hope these pests will stop calling me. I watch my grand baby & don't need unnecessary calls.

when I called back the recorded voice said  I had reached a nocall line and  I was to input my phone number...............????? of course I did not do that.

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone, which is registered with DoNotCall.  I didn't answer but hit reject instead.  They didn't leave a message.
