It doesn't matter how much I hang up, this computer calls our house at least once a day. On top of that it calls my mother who is in a senior's retirement centre and she cannot even hear the computer property and she's 86. We are both on the Do Not Call List for Cda but they ignore that anyway. I think they think by calling it Political Opinion Poll that is exempts them.

They also try to tell you that you won a trip and just have to pay a small nominal tax and admin fee. They try to get your credit card info.

alls fine and dandy if you could get the politicians off their Asse$ ...I worked at a company that all they did was weigh the amount of fines they got with possible proffits to make...Example:Load a Big truck full and grossly overweight and send it from San Antonio Texas to Shreveport Louisiana,the truck could travel
500+miles across Texas and never get stopped for weight violations,run through scales crossing state line (in La.) get a fine of say 700.00,you pay the fine they let you go to unload your product (and profit) to your dest.profit made on run almost $1,000.00.They made profit of $300.00 even when driver legally went to the
scales to be fined for being overweight, also to load up a SECOND Truck would cost extra $900.00 if sent with legal load...........THE FINES MUST OUTWEIGH THE PROFIT BEFORE YOU CAN HURT ANY BUSSINESS....AND THIS IN ITSELF IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE...SO COMPLAIN ALL YOU WANT GOVT. WONT DO ANYTHING (and that includes the "big bad Unions")

Congrats, you contacted the FTC.  They do nothing!  They are government employees who sit back and get fat off our tax dollars just to put in 40 hours a week.  Even when a company is fined, it means nothing as they do not pay the fine!  They just morph into a new name and start the same b***s*** all over again.  If you want to make a difference, contact your politicians and demand some type of actions thru congress.

I don't even care if they are REAL surveys, I don't want them, much less on my cell phone.  On my smart phone, I have a "contact" that I named "A Scammer DonotAnswer" and I save all these numbers to that one contact.

Despite being on the Do Not Call Registry for years--and never getting telemarketing calls--I've been getting a whole lot of them lately from Hamilton Family 7 and Club Monetize.  They call, don't leave a message, but the caller name shows up in the Caller ID.

I just called this number and a recording answered Political Opionions of America. It does give you instructions on how to be placed on their do not call list and that's what I did. Let's hope it works!

They fake the outgoing info. It will only work for a short time.

Called and woke my husband up (he works nights). There is a reason we are on the do not call list... apparently it's not enforced very well.

I tried the number you listed, but all I got was a recording saying that if I wanted my number removed to press 1.  Won't do it since that just verifies my number.  I do hope you have reported them to the FL attorney general.  These people change numbers like I change underwear!!!  I refuse to answer any number I don't recognize - anyone who really needs to talk to me can leave a message!!!

DO NOT CALL

This is a Political Survey call, according to the message I received when I called the number on a blocked line.  They've called my cell phone twice a day for the past 2 weeks.  Persistent ba$tards.

This number calls almost every day.  I finally listened to the prerecorded message, hoping to get a human to say DO NOT CALL! BTW, I am on the do not call registry.  It advertises to be a brief political survey with a FREE CRUISE!! just for answering the survey - plus a few "fees".  I just reported the last 3 calls to www.FCC.gov trying to get them stopped.  Of course, you can't reach a person at this number.
