Got a call today asking if this was Dr./PA ____ and if my address was still _____.  She didn't identify herself at all but she said my old home address.  Called the number back and it is not a working number.  Not cool!

I have received 5 calls from this number; 360-555-1234 beginning at 9:18 a.m., then at 2:37 p.m., then 2:54 p.m., and 3:02 p.m, than again at 3:11 pm. It is really annoying and they don't leave any message. When I called it back the voicemail said "This call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again. Ridiculous !

I got 5 calls today, all day long, from 360-555-1234. The caller readout says Gene Arbogast. I have no idea who this could be.

Multiple calls on my cell, no voicemail's let.  I thought 555 number's were made for TV?

The caller called my c-phone yesterday &  today 01/16/2013 @13:56, 14:48, Didn't leave message. I was in backyard. I returned the call twice from house. Again, I reached the not in services number.

The caller call my c-phone @ 12: 51 noon. After I picked up my c-phone, The caller called again 12:52. I didn't have time to answer.
I returned the call twice. Message: you have reached the not working number.

I too got a call verifying my office info.  A woman said she works for multiple media, and verified my office address. I called back immediately at this number 360-555-1234 and the number went to Sprint 411. My God this is a scam. Next time I will check the number before answering such untraceable calls. Callwas at -Date 12-20-12. Time 10-20 am.

We just got a call from "Mona" and asking if this was Dr. (my last name), and was from "Online Medical Director", and wanted to "confirm this was a private practice".  When we called the number back we could not get through and it was listed as a "Gene Argogast".  Sounds like a scam for Phishing.

Just got a 4th call from this #, asking for Dr. (My last name). I told her I'm not a doctor, she asked if I was an audiologist, I said I'm an SLP. Tried calling back but # is not valid. Annoying!

Got a call last week to verify my address for "Top Doctor" for google/yahoo (who are at war with each other, BTW). Today another call and I said I answered that question last week. She asked if the last person got all my information. Well, what information would that be? (Like, when would a safe time be to break in?) Good grief. I asked for her supervisor and she hung up. I'm ready to call the police.

Got a call again, New type of scam, they pretend to call from insurance company to verify doctor's info to get tax id or ssn. or sometime they pretend to ask doctors to join their network and request tax id or ssn. Scam, Phishing!

Got a call asking for "Dr. {my last name}. I said no, I am an acupuncturist. She then went on, wanting to have my web site and fax number. I said I don't have a fax, and she thanked me and hung up. I only started getting these calls when one of my patients started submitting for insurance using one of my detailed receipts - but I carry no fax number on those.
It's a scam to negotiate prices down.

A woman called me, asked to verifiy personal info in order to send me FAX for fee negotiation with doctor offices.

3 rd call

A guy called and said, "hello is there a Nikki (my last name) working at this facility? I said it was my private cell phone and he said thank you and hung up. I'm a physical therapist so who knows. Random though!

A woman called wanting to verify one of our doctors information and did not offer any type of information of whom she was and why she needed the information.

Sounds like a scam. Person going by the name Maria called multiple times asking to verify doctors info for a call center, but refuses to give the name of the company she works for. Could be phishing for information to use for insurance fraud. Watch out.
