call came in to home phone at 1pm.  Didn't answer, left no message.

See all the above messages but for me they were trying to sell DISH network.

Called me on my cell phone and asked for the person handling the OSHA regulations and service orders.

Just got the same call on my cell phone - Wanting to speak with the person responsible for OSHA, etc.

Recieved a call from this number @ 9:40am 10-31-2012. They asked to speak with the person who handles our OSHA. When I tried to take a mssage due to the person was in a meeting they said no they would call back and hung up on me. Too bad for them I am the only one that answers the phone here. There wont be any cooperattion from me. Lol

Trying to sell OSHA crap. You can get this for free from your state. Hate these people because they try to scare you into getting information by saying you will be audited. Told her I could get it free from the state and she said that everyone she spoke to said they had a source..and I told her yes..the state your business is in provides all of the necessary OSHA etc posters for FREE..she was actually polite about it...and called me m'am..how sweet.

This company is a SCAM. REPORT IT TO THE attorney general's office in Washington State, 360-567-1818 is a Verizon cell phone. You can call 800-551-4636 and report it to the Attorney General's office.
They try to sell you OSHA flyers which are free from your state's office.

We just got a call from a woman stating that she wanted to find out if we were an employer and had workers in several states.
What she didn't know was this is a law firm back line.
We continue to get these calls as the former owner of the number sold their business.
I am reporting this to the phone company along with notifying others in the state of Washington that this is a SCAM!! We also will take legal action to prevent these calls.
Call your attorney general's office, notify them of this scam and let them know when and what happened.

We keep getting calls from this number and they keep hanging up.  This is a business. We're registered on the DO NOT CALL list. We don't EVER want to get a call from you again.

All I ask is to meet these worthless losers face to face.

They call my business like 4 times a day...it is getting so frustrating...GRRRR

Recieve this call after recieving a forwarding call. This is a gate way call. They call your number hoping you call back and it breaks you out of the do not call list, because you called them, now other solicitors who are attached to their system can call you.

Just call the number back. press 1 for customer service and tell them to take your number out of their system

Caller ID says Cascade Callworks, a woman asking for "who handles the OSHA"  When I  replied They are  unavailable she hung up the phone before I could ask her to leave a message.... not very business like, if you ask me .

These losers called today. Asked to speak with our safety manager or who ever is in charge of our OSHA requirements. I asked the name of the company and she told me Blue Gavel Press. I said are you with OSHA? She said no. I said.. thank you have a nice day and hung up on her. Caller Id said Cascade callwork.

Blue Gavel selling OSHA compliance information.  If you have an HR department or partner with a PEO, your business doesn't need this stuff.

I got a call from them this AM wanting to speak to the person that handles OSHA regulations. I told her I did and she went into a spiel about a publication of the newest OSHA regualtions. I told her I could get them for free from my insurance agent and hung up. There are scam artists calling several times a day. Geesh wish we could screen them.

After weeks of calls from this number, I finally called Cascade Callworks & Blue Gavel Press (360-567-1818).

After the prompts, I pressed "1" to speak to a customer service representative. I expressed that we had received several calls, not knowing why. She explained Cascade & Blue Gavel does product sales calls for DISH NETWORK, and wanted to know if we were interested in purchasing the service. I said no, and she claimed to give our number to her supervisor to be placed on the "Do Not Call" list.

I hope this action works.
