Getting calls at least once a day from this number. Made a mistake and answered it. Very statically, could barely hear. Didn't get too far into call and hung up.

got tired of this telemarketer calling me on a daily basis.  So now, I call them from a blocked number 10 times in a row on a daily basis.  
Get mad at the kids, given em a call.  time to kill in  a meeting, redial, redial, redial.  See how long you can keep them on the phone without saying a word.

They call our office and ask for a person at this location.  I answered that the person was here and who should I say is calling?  The man says, "Thank you we will try again later."  He then hangs up.

I call the number back, a woman answers and says.  "Is ________ there?"
I respond, "I called you, who is this?"
"Michelle.  This number says that it is _______, I need to talk with her."
"Michelle, who are you with?  Your office just called and then hung up on me when I asked 'who was calling?"
She says; "I am with LCN."
"What is LCN?"
"We provide better auto insurance rates for people.  I need to talk to ______."
I respond;  "No you don't, please don't call this number again."

This outfit obviously picks up a local number and then starts calling.  Whether or not they actually do find you better rates I don't know but their tactics seem underhanded to me and that would make me question giving them any personal information.

This number called my cell phone, left no voicemail and according to my phone it is from Aberdeen, WA.

If it's important enough to call me............. why do you NOT leave an appropriate business message. These companies are such a pain in the a**.

Why did David Wingate hang up on me when I asked where he got my information!! AND this was after a lot of heavy breathing in my ear!

They call me once a day, never a message but when I finally picked up today the woman only said "Oh please ignore this call." There was a ton of laughter in the background.  It was bugging me all morning so I called the number back and as soon as I started talking, I heard a few people laughing before I was hung up on.  Also, if you try to block your number to call it back, the recording says the phone number isn't connected... I'm thinking scam myself.  

Awful management! Leo Martinez is the main supervisor. He is a rude ignorant a**. He does not deserve to be in any kind of position of authority. He treats employees like s***. He will ignore you when you have a question or problem. He won't even make eye contact if he just so happens to answer you on a rare occasion. DO NOT work for insurance express aka lcn. 100% cold calling. In the intro we literally say "the reason why I am calling is because we recently received some auto information for local agents and carriers to produce a quick auto insurance quote" when in fact we did not. The most we will have is an address an email and a date of birth. And that info is often incorrect to start with. Our Calls our within the federal Do not Call list guidelines! We do survey work, we dont sell ANYTHING!, which is what your still subjected to being on the Federal DNC List!  thank you

I just received a call from lcn about lowering auto ins. he had my cell number and I didn't go online looking so tell me what the heck is going on.

What is considered anything automative related?  Something an unscrupulous car dealer might send in?  If it related to a car dealer selling information I would be interested because I will take it up with that car dealer and report them. And by the way the person did say they were giving me auto insurance quotes that I asked for and when I said I never asked for any quotes he hung up on me!

Really they call due to someone filling out a request for an online quote?  I don't think so since I got a call from a local number in my city with the person stating I had asked for a quote and when I said no I did not the person quickly hung up on me.  Seems like a scam to me.  BTW I am happy with my insurance company and they provide the great rates.  I recommend the company to others so I know I wasn't shopping around!

I don't answer calls with no ID, no message saying who they are & what they want.  Call obviously isn't that important!!!

I saw your post about how the company called you and told you there was no do not call list.  Well actually there is a do not call list, maybe the person wasn't trained properly enough to give you the right information.  I have worked with the company for two months or so now and they have been great to me.  When I make calls I treat the person I am calling like I would like to be treated.

Your tactics are repulsive and invasive.  Your calls do not respect the Do not call list in NC.  Illegal....NC Insurance Dept is my call.  Fines of $11,000 per call....

If you want to be removed from our list then a simple "put me on your DNC list" and you wont receive anymore calls from us. if you work there then why do you call people at work and I have had insurance for 6 years with the same company why would you have my information, and then my address out of California? really I'm in Kansas and you dont know your area codes? upset that you called my work!! so make a list of people not to call and your company will be hearing from my lawyer due to the whole oh well your address is in California you don't think I know were I live??

This LCN company called me at my work, my work!!! and then proceeded to tell me that my address to verify is out of California hmmmmm i live in Kansas!! really fishy now if you ask me thanks identy theft.

I have notified my husband of these calls. He is a washington state judge. He will find out why they continue to call us!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from this number saying they were from LCN insurance and had gotten my auto insurance request and had my quote.  They asked if my address was still (my address).  I don't own a car and told them so and he quickly hung up.

Just got a call from this number. The lady on the line said she was with LCN and was working on my auto quote, funny thing is I do not own a car. She also had my e-mail address somehow.

LCN - Cloud Nine a telemarketer wanting to reduce my rates on an auto loan.  They have no Do Not Call list. This is an illegal operation! There is no such business in Aberdeen, WA!
