received call at 8:14am on a Sunday; tried to return call,busy signal

Seems like a spoof call, I received it as well.

Its a collection agency in Vancouver, mine is for JC Penney.  :)

Got call 11 a.m. on Jan. 29, 2009.  Did not pick up as it would be expensive--ours is a prepaid cell phone roaming in Canada.  Called back number from different phone--got "not in service" message.  I think there's some abuse going on as our cell phone number has been registered with donotcall.gov for over a year.  I filed a complaint with the authorities.

On another website, some people claim that the caller is Transcom Holding(s):

they called at 9:12am and left a message that they have been trying to get ahold of my husband for awhile but this is the first time they have called.

I RETURNED the call and it said the phone was not in service.
