I received the same kind of call. They sell in home air filters. They are very high pressured to come out to demonstrate in your home. I set up an appointment for the first time slot of the day on Saturday (10:00 AM). I told them from the beginning that we had to leave at 11:00 for an appointment. When they called me on the day of the appointment 40 minutes early, they said that they might be 10 minutes late. They didn't even say why they might be late. I get a call 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time that the representative was having car problems. Why didn't they tell me this when they called the first time? They knew something was up. Needless to say, I am not rescheduling.

Received a call today (New Year's Day) and was told that my phone number had come up and I have won a $100 gift certificate for groceries, gas, etc. Also, after having answered a few questions I could win a daily prize that they are offering. Said they are from "CFL". Anyone know what this is...I didn't participate.
