Is anyone smart enough to stop these idiots.  Wish I knew how to stop these annoying interuptions.

This caller is about Obama stimulus mortgage refi.  I have received 5 calls from them over the last 6 weeks. If you listen to message the only option is press 1 to speak to a rep. Last week I pressed 1 and told the rep to remove me from the call list. Last night they called again, I pressed 1 rep came on she asked what she could do , I said you could remove me from the list. The rep, she hung up as soon as I said the word remove. When you call them back you get a recording about the  "telemarketers opt out service" , a bunch more info about verifying phone number,  it takes 72 hours to remove numbers , a whole lot of bs. Because then you get cut of when it transfers and you get the recording "if you would like to make a call" .  I guess I just won't answer phone anymore.

I called the number back and a different recording gave info on how to add my number to the Do Not Call list they are required to have by federal law (citing that in the recording). After entering my number it said it would be removed in 24-72 hours, but weeks later I'm still receiving these calls. Stupid thing is they are trying to hook people on the idea of an FHA streamline refinance and don't even understand the terms of the government program. Your original loan file needs to be closed by HUD prior to June 1, 2009...it is NOT the date it closed escrow. HUD files are not closed out until after escrow closes, in our case about 6 weeks later, making us ineligible. When we say we are ineligible the operator hangs up and I still continue getting calls from this same number.

They are still annoying people . just called.  will someone please invent a way to zap robo calls.

Someone keeps calling, when you pick up the phone no one is at the other end.  Calls come in 3 or 4 times a day.

receive 360-633-9035 and want it stopped. answered, pressed a number and the person said they would get me off the list. But did not happen. Has been going on for over a month now. Happening every day.
Somebody has to stop them. Very annoying.

These people have called me more than 15 times in 1 mo. I have spoken with reps & asked to be taken off their call list because I'm on the DNC list. I've been assured it would happen & it doesn't. I've called the number back & an automated system says your number will be deleted within 24-72 hours. That doesn't work. I've filed a complaint with the FCC & they do NOTHING. What are you supposed to do to make them stop?

This number again. They have been calling for weeks. They show up as Silverdale, WAs on caller ID. The couple of times I have answered they say nothing.

I have been registerd on thr Do Not call list for years, and yet I get Numerous calls from these people, They are never held accountable, Time to replace my representatives?

Write our Congress and Senate. We need CRIMINAL penalties against the companies that are profiting from these calls. Follow the money, slap them in jail, no one left to outsource to overseas boiler rooms, problem solved.
Since they are operating across borders it should become a federal felony and should be handled by the FBI under the RICO Act.

These calls are coming from call centers in Costa Rica and India and they are using spoofed (false)
numbers, which in itself is illegal. They do cold calling for or sell the leads to numerous companies in
this country and they know that what they are doing is illegal. Tomorrow this same number may be selling Cruises, Timeshares or Security Systems but if you follow the money it usually ends up in the hands of an American LLC. Keep complaining to the FTC and FCC, and start bugging our politicians to pass laws to make it punishable in criminal court instead of handing out fines that they don't pay. Another course of action is to contact phone companies to find out why they won't block spoofed numbers. With today's technology that should be an easy thing to do, unless they are somehow profiting from the use of their systems.

Robocalls are illegal unless you have given them prior permission in writing (not worded into some small
print contract from a 3rd party) and are absolutely illegal to a cell phone.  The Telephone Consumer
Protection Act permits individuals who have received certain unlawful telemarketing, such as junk faxes
or telemarketing calls, to sue the violator in state courts where they may be awarded up to $1500 for

This place has called at least 16 times.  We have used their 'do you want to be removed' menu item and it does not work, they call MORE often.  We have threatened to turn them in to the AG or the FTC and they laugh and hang up.

I've told them 3 times to stop calling me but they continue.  I just now reported them to the FCC.  Guess we'll see what happens now.

Call the number back you have an option to have your number removed.

I'm on the DNC and I filed a complaint.  These calls are irritating.  I am an elderly person and they tie up my phone with constant calls.  If DNC doesn't do something about them, then what good is the DNC?

They have called my house several times over the last 4 months.  I have called the number back several times and entered my phone number to be put on their do not call list. They have continued to call.  I have since answered the phone, pressed 1,  and have spoken to them in person.  I have done this 5 times so far to no avail.  They continue to call.  The last call the guy who answered just hung up on me when I told them to stop calling.  I plan to file a complaint this is absolute garbage.

I get at least two of these a day.  When I answer, there is no one there.

Mortgage Relief Center. You can press 1 to speak to a representative and tell them to put you on their Do Not Call list. If you redial the number, you can enter your phone number supposedly into their Do Not Call list. I have done each of these things several times and am still receiving calls from them, despite also being on the National Do Not Call registry. The company is a complete nuisance. I recommend filing a complaint at the national DNC website.

The number showed up on my caller ID, call shows from Silverdale, WA they call all the time. I don't bother answering anymore. When I did answer it's either a recording for refinancing mortgage or dead air. I tried to block the call several times but the block doesn't go through. Also if you stay on the phone it gives you the option to request that you get taken off their call list within a few days but that never happened. It's been at least a month of continued calls

They just called well after 9PM. I wish this was a number where I could reach out and touch someone. Picked up, nothing on other end.

dead end call , nobody would speak on callers end. I am on the national DNC list. No doubt a robo caller.

Mortgage company - refi

Just got a call - left a voicemail message - they didn't mention the company's name - wanting to lower my mortgage rate and payment.
