These idiots keep calling after i tell them not too. What the f@#$$!!!!

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

This a nationwide scam.  I finally answered and it's exactly what sick_n_tired said. (BTW-they asked for info from my elec and gas biil-I said goodbye)) Pathetic that rec'd 3 calls in last 2 days, from IL, then EXACT SAME scam from WA an hour ago! Can anyone tell me who pays for the "Do Not Call List"program? If it's the taxpayer...

Keep getting calls from this number. No message left. Have not answered because we figure if it's important enough they'll leave a message. Would love to block this number somehow, very annoying.

The keep calling me every day at the same time. How nobody can stop them? Are they bigger then the goverment....... or maybe they are the goverment....?

OK, it gets spookier from here.  I have got calls from this # relentlessly, several a day, for almost a year.

Today 2 guys came to my door saying they were from this company (lower my bills) and had a clipboard. They said 'we' have been trying to get a hold of you, you ignore our mail, you ignore our calls so we are here to sign you up for the 'cheaper' electric rate.  "Everyone" is doing it.  I said well I am NOT and I was quite scared.  I live alone and these two guys were mid-twenties, wearing blue coats and blue knit caps. They were pounding on the door like they were on fire and when I opened it they were right there in myf face.  I told them no thank you and they just wouldn't shut up or knock it off.  They said I should think about it and they will be back in the area tomorrow so will check back.  I called the police.

Some one told me that this is some kind of new pyramid thing.  You can 'work' for this company and when you get people to sign up for this lower rate then you get a little bit of money, like say 5 cents every time someone uses X amount of kilowatts or what ever.  All I know is it went from snail mail to phone calls to now they're knocking on my door?  WHY?

And yes it is a scam, all in all.  They get really nasty when you ask them on the phone who they are or why they are calling, and what does a company based in WA state have to do with my electricity in Wisconsin?

I have been receiving these calls on my Chicago cell phone for weeks. I blocked the number after using search engine and finding these complaints. They call once a day and you would think it would stop since it is blocked. Anyway definately NOT Com Ed. I am a Com Ed customer, but they do not have my cell number anywhere in their file.

Do not call dosn't work. I have been receiving calls from different area codes just soliciting or trying to"lower" my mortgage interest and credit cards.

They called but didnt leave a message.

Automated voice asked if wanted to lower PGE gas bill. Press 3 if not interested, or 5 to transfer to a live agent.

This is a 3rd party Energy Company, looking to scam you into giving them your electric bill account number, so they can SLAM you, take your account over so they can get paid by you. How this works is they get paid if you become a client. Call your electric company and ask them if they can give you the telephone numbers of the ESCO's that provide your area. See if it's the same numbers they give you.

CA resident. Called today at 2:08p. When the machine answered they hung up.

Got a call from this number and actually answered. It was from an "eletrical company" claiming they could lower my bills. Said I could press 3 to be removed from the budget plan or press 5 to talk to a representative about lowering my bills. I pressed 5 to tell an actual person to remove me. I heard a few clicks and waited. In a few seconds, I heard a blaring sound that you get when nobody's on the other line. Makes me wonder if I hit 5 to talk to a rep and didn't get anybody, what was this call really for???? Sounds like hitting 5 just disconnected me. Sounds like a complete scam.

CALLED TWICE IN LAST 2 DAYS 3/29-3/30.  THEY HANG UP WHEN SWITCHED TO ANSWERING.  THANKS FOR INFO ON SOURCE.

got 2 calls tonight 6:05 pm & 6:42 pm. No message left. Filed both calls as complaints on DONOTCALL.gov but I have no hopes of any enforcement action!  I'd vote for anybody that had the balls to enforce this law...

This is a scam, I even told the woman on the phone that called today that I had seen it on the news, to not even bother.  She was relentless until it became almost a yelling match between us!

ARGH! Here it is AGAIN! 3/29/12 @5:25PM CT Silverdale, WA hang up GO AWAY already!!! Why have a DNC & Unlisted # when they still can butt in. I'm MAD!

Been getting these calls alot lately but don't usually answer them especially when I don't know anyone from Silverdale WA. Seems like alot of them originate from Washington state for some reason. So fed up with all the calls that I bought a phone that's supposed to block numbers. Hope to block this # and any other jerk offs that call daily.

Seems like every day, there's a new robocall pest.  They've never heard of the DNC List and wouldn't care, even if they knew.  i place them on my "blocked number" list and every week, they call from a new number.  I delete the old and replace it with a new one.  

Let's face it, they couldn't care less about "lowering our utility bills," it's some annoying scam...again!
