Told me that my company had an open account rating with them, and then said he did not know if we had ordered from them before. Very suspicious acting. Not very forthcoming with information about products or information regarding company. Even asked for literature or website to look at products. was told that they send literature with every order. Like I am going to order something I cannot even look at? Doubtful.
