I get this call every now and then so today I answered,  It is a robo call wanting to help with Loan Modification.

COMES IN AS ---------FRAUD-------- 360-722-5910-------- ON CALLER ID -----------NO MESSAGE

This number caleled and hung up...called and hung up. Our caller ID stated FRAUD 1-360-722-5910. I called back and the recording stated "SPOOF..leave a message. I became VERY upset, I stated to this number that if they called our house AGAIN..I would report it to the POLICE. DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER. Someone should report this to the auhtorities.

Called (206) 792-9399 and blasted off the young woman there she claims they cannot give me the contact information for the company that is dialing my number but, I can file a complaint with them and they will forward it to the client so no more calls are made. I spent 10 minutes going around in circles trying to get anything even a name from the company actually contacting me and was refused on all occasions , I was then transferred to a manager named Hugo who claims I must send a formal subpena to them to get any information regarding any specifics for this company. The good news here is we as  consumers now have a new chew toy to rip apart on the phone. They are calling my place of work.  We have 5 different phones lines, and they have in the past called one line right after the other.  They have done this 2-3 times a day.  So we are getting up to 15 calls a day from this parasitic entity.  Please stop!  You are disrupting our business.

Same here. Trying to forestall foreclosure or help you refinance. Have yet to get a live person. Have a whistle I want to blow in there ear. :) Will try putting them on the complaint list today. This is just plain B.S. They even called at 1:00am

Called a few times to say our house would be sold at auction if we did not speak to them!
So i spoke to them, they asked if I was in arrears, when I said no, they sighed and hung up. this is blatant harassment.

I am getting from 3 to 10 calls a day from 360-722-5910. This morning they left a five minute long robo-message on my voicemail. They've called again since I began writing this complaint. It's been going on for months. I just filed a complaint on the do not call registry which I suggest to any one who is being harassed by this company.

I just recieved one of these phone calls from 360-722-5910.  A pre-recorded message told me that my house was in forclosure and that I should press 1 if I wanted to find out the facts.  If I didn't care that the forclosure could lead to bankrupcy I could hang up.  I knew it was a scam so I just kept the phone line open but didn't press anything.  I figured it was their money they were wasting.  I wasn't long before they hung up.  The next thing I did was call the Attorney General's office in VA.  They gave me two other numbers to call. One the Federal Communications Commission and other was the Federal Trade Commission.  I called Communication's number first and it was explained to me that these types of scammers can use the phone numbers of legitiment businesses to call.  She suggesed that I call the Federal Trade Commission.  The person I spoke to there took my name, phone number, address and filed a complaint.  She asked if I was on the Do Not Call Registry and I answered yes.  She told me to make sure to spread the word to others that might be contacted by this number to file complaints.  The number everyone should be calling is 1-877-382-4357.   She told me that every complaint that is filed helps them build a case against the person (persons) making these calls.  So even though it is very annoying and agravating to receive them, take the time to help by calling and filing a complaint.  We can all complain, but now it's time to do something to help.  CALL THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ... LET THEM BUILD A CASE.  She also said that for all of us that are on the Do Not Call Registry, if we get calls from unsolicited telemarkers and such, gather a list and let them know.  Once you file a complaint, they will give you a reference number if you have additional information or need to call them again.  Don't just let other bloggers know, do something to stop them!

called me about 10 min ago saying my house has been put up for auction. I want to stop then from calling they call atleast 3 times a day. My home is a rental and it is in great standing. The number they are calling me on was set up 3 months ago. Can a lawsuit be filed against them for the harassment of all of us.

This was a strange call about my mortgage being in foreclosure.  These people are really stupid because I don't even have a mortgage!

This company called me telling me my home was in foreclusure and that they could "help me with a loan or refinance".

Just got a call from this number. It started out automated with "This is a legal notice. Please press 1 if you do not want to hear this legal notice". So I stayed on the line. It proceeds to tell me that my home is in foreclosure and that they can help me with a loan.


my home is NOT in foreclosure. Its a spam caller. Do NOT answer it!!! The name came up on my caller id as "  PB MIK CO"

it was an automated call, and said it was a legal matter, then continued to say I had just recieved a default judgement, and the default would accelerate the ;loan, and cause the foreclosure to proceed to trustees sale,....if i didn't want to loose my home, i9 should stay on the line to talk to one of thier experts in resolving debt issues, and to work out a plan to save my home.

This is really BS, almost gave me a heart attack, as I am having legal iissues regarding my home but it was all settled, but this call still caused me a lot of stress.

360-722-5910 keeps calling several times a week. This is a scam company.

Keep getting calls from this number two days in a row and finally they left a message about re-financing my mortgage or I am going to lose my home. They say press "1" to continue or press "9" to be removed. Sometimes they call 4 times a week.

Received a call from this number that my home was in foreclosure. My home is not in foreclosure and never has been. Man on the phone began cussing at me and threatening me. Very unprofessional.

MIK 360-722-5910 called me and said I was going to be forclosed on my home.  That's real nice to know considering I rent my place and don't own it.  It's just another scammer.  I normally answer my phone when I don't recognize the number by saying := "Coroner's Office How can I help you"  stopped the calls on reducing my credit card debt considering I don't have a credit card LOL

I got a call saying that I am about to lose my house and they can help..LOL I RENT.  regardless, I'm also on the "do not call" list..I personally think it's BS that anyone can call you and disrupt your privacy..that's why I have a non published number and pay for the right to privacy.  IF the Do not call list can't block our numbers when requested, they should disband and save the taxpayers the money.

I have received two calls from PB Mik Co. at 360-722-5910 this week say I no longer owned my home.  I own my home and thee is no lien on may house.  Then I received several more calls listed at Unavailable and Out of Area.  These are going to be reported to Cox, my carrier.  I am on a Do Not Call list.  I felt this was a scam.

They told me to call them as my home was in foreclosure. They are saying my home is going to be
sold in an auction. I spoke with my lender today about this, as this was a second occurrence of this nonsense in one day. I just did a modification  Fannie Mae and Chase, They need to get there act together or is Chase trying to get the money from me and throw me out without a penny to my name,

I get two calls a day from this number ( 360-722-5910 ).
I don't know who they are and I don't want to hear from them.
