Called twice, once yesterday, once today. I do get a voicemail stating "Service verification. We will try back later". Service verification, yeah sure.

I have been getting calls from this number several times a week. I am tired of it ,I don't answer  just keep calling back,

THIS number calls me everyday,  and i answer it and it says nothing,
it comes up on the caller ID as Verafast

Same as previous posts... received a call from this number saying it was a service verification and would call back.  Received another call today but did not answer it.

How does this work if your number is on the Do Not Call list?

This message center is a telemarketing firm called Verafast that robocalls for various cities' newspaper subscriptions.

I'd like to find out who is responsible for these calls so I could call them everyday and bother them...It's getting to be standard to just let ALL CALLS go to voice then I can decide whom I want to talk to..

I have been receiving calls from 360-836-4844 on my cell phone.  They don't leave a messsage.  I have no idea what this is about.

This number called me a handful of times this week and this time I decided to actually see who it was. It was a company trying to sell me 7 day a week newspaper subscriptions to the Star Tribune.  The guy who was trying to sell me the product was nice enough though.

Got a call from this number 9:40am on 2/25.  When my machine picked up, it left an automated message, in a female voice, that said, "Good bye, we will call you later."  I'm sure they will.  My caller ID said the call was from Vancouver WA.

I have been getting calls from this number at least once a day for the last week.  Sometimes a VM is left, sometimes not.  When a VM is left it states "this is a service verification.  we will call you back later."  Once I did pick up hoping to get a person on the line so I could tell them to quit calling me, but after several seconds of waiting I just hung up.  I filed a complaint on the FCC website today.

I've also been getting many calls from this number.  I called it back today and I got a recording that just said "Thank you for calling customer service, if you would like your number removed from our call list please enter it"   I thought maybe this was a trick to get me on the phone but I entered my number and the automated voice said my number will be removed within 2 business days.  We'll see!

My home phone is only a month old and this number has been calling every day!  They leave messages stating, "This is a service verification.  We will call you back later."  I have no idea how they got my number so fast.

Constantly getting calls from this number. I suspect it is for an outstanding bill from T-Mobil. I have never had a T-mobil account and the person they are looking for is Dan Brown. I have spoken to T-Mobil several times about this matter and they tell me they will never call again. I have threatened to take this to the Attorney General if it is not settled. I don't know a Dan Brown! I get several calls a day about this. I never answer them anymore but they also don't ever leave a message.

As other have reported, over the last week or so we have gotten three or four calls from this number.  Finally, we got a person on the line this morning.  The guy was selling subscriptions to the Charlotte Observer newspaper.  Most aggravating.

I keep getting calls from this number almost everyday, including weekends. It is from Verafast, Vancouver, WA when I did a search. Heck, I live in Colorado, why is some telemarketer from WA calling me. They need to stop now.

Receiving multiple calls from this number every day. I keep letting it go to voicemail, they never leave a message. No company info comes up on caller ID, just the number and Vancouver, WA.

These people keep calling me.  I've looked up the number on the net and it's a telemarketer and it has something to do with the Star Tribune newspaper subscription I have.  I did email the Star Tribune and told them I don't like being harassed.   I do refer to this as harassment because we have voice mail and the caller could leave a message which leaves the "ball in our court" per say.  I think some new laws need to be established here.  If the one being called has voice mail than a message HAS to be left by the caller and any calls after that are considered harassment.  Though I do feel calling me 3 or 4 times a day is harassment.  Sometimes the phone rings once and I see their name and then it stops ringing.  What is that all about?   I have not heard back from the Star Tribune yet but I had only sent the email yesterday.  Hopefully my email to them will have them remove me from their list.  And if that doesn't work I will just cancel my subscription with them and find my news elsewhere.  Line the Pioneer Press.  I just hope these harassing calls stop.

I'm getting a call from this number 2 times a day.  All it says is, "This is a service verification.  We will call you back later."  Another message form the same number was  "If you would like to remove your name from our calling list please enter your number."  I have no idea who this is.

I got a call this afternoon from this # with a hang up.  Then 30 mins later I received another call same # and the automated voice said Thank you for verifying this #.  I have no idea what this is about I tried to call the # back and got a busy signal then hung up.  Comes up on my Caller ID as VERAFAST out of Washington
