Caller says they are from Microsoft and want help me as my computer could crash at any moment.  They wanted me to log on and they would help me with the error messages my computer was sending them.
When I refused not knowing who this person with the Indian accent was, they gave me this phone number to call and verify that they are legit.  I immediately checked the internet and found this scam has been going on since 2008.  When I just typed in the phone number it brought up this page with all of your submissions.
I never trust random calls, it pays to check on any unsolicited calls or emails.  Stay safe everyone.
Just as I finished typing my phone rang and they were back to see if I had called to confirm on the phone number 360-967-4286.  When I told them I was notifing the authorities and posting notice on the internet, he went from wanting to save my computer from crashing to saying F...You Bi***.  Guess he didn't like being called out as a fraud.

Some form of telemarketer from being stupid and started to respond to 'my free ipod'.  i can't believe i did it...now getting all kinds of calls from numbers i don't recognize and if that doesn't get answered then it's blocked call or private call...like i'm gonna answer that.

My sister Laurie got five calls from this number out of 58 crank calls since April of this year.  They didn't leave a message.

Yeah I've gotten a call everyday for the last 5 days. I haven't answered but there is always a voicemail with music playing... grrr

They work under the name of Active Periodicals AKA International Readers League Magazine Subscriptions. They have a massive amount of complaints with the BBB, FCC and FTC. I also believe there may be a lawsuit against them (not sure if it is current or past). I have read on here about people saying to block thier number however, everytime they call it is from a different number. I have had 3 calls in the past hour, all different numbers, but all track back to this company. My daughter got sucked into this scam and after $1800 she is finally out of it. If you get involved with them it is very difficult to get out! Good luck!

This person keeps calling our cell, when we answer nobody responds.  When we call them back, our cell counts off 3 seconds then the call is disconnected

when you see these odd numbers calling your phone just don't pick up. it's a internet number people can get from google voice mail.  how do i know cause i have one, when i don't want people with my real number, they can call me from my interenet number.

1st time they called, I asked them not to call back and the girl on the other line said, "Oh I will be calling you back again tomorrow B***h"

Second time they called, I asked immediately for a manager of some kind and they hung up on me.

This is a telemarketing number. Get it blocked and if you EVER find out who they are, TELL ME BECAUSE I SERIOUSLY HAVE SOME WORDS FOR THEM!!

I got the same call the 411 operateor said since it goes to a voice mail box that is full it is probably a telemarketer just call your phone company and have them block it from their end if you have cell phones then you can put the number on the reject list and that way your phone doesn't ring for that number thats if your phone has that capability I now my old phone did and it works. My new phone does to I just fun it today. The same phone you got a call from 360-967-4286.

Got 3 calls from this nujmber on my cell tonight.  2 hrs apart.  called back the 1st time & got the same voice mail was full.

If the phone call is important, a voicemail feature is available.  I tried to call the number back and the IVR states that the "mailbox is full."

Got 2 different calls from this number and when answered no one was on the line.

Just received a call from this number and someone was telling me I won a $1,000 gift certificate from a survey I completed.  He congratulated me, etc.  Then he had a few questions for me... I immediately hung up.
