This is a scam just posted on Craigslist for the sale of my jeep and they are good with the price and dont need shipment and won't answer when I call

This is a thief/scammer. They get your paypal account address, then send you an afformation from paypal that you must sign in. It is fake- the scammer now has your paypal code and can send himself money from your account.
  He just texted me with stupid questions in poor incorrect english. He is in Corpus Christy TX, my car for sale is in Oregon. Lets all text him back, flood his phone with vile insults, nasty pictures, whatever you can think of.

Scammer from texas says hes on a oil rig and wants to use paypal....dont deal with him....

Scammer number from a Craig's list for sale post of mine. Wanted to buy an 1100 dollar item for his cousin. Wanted my email address and name, so his pick up agent can come by to pick up. Used the word kindly in conversation 'If yes..Kindly get back to me with the email address that is linked to your PayPal account and your account name...'

Had the same experience. Scam!

suspicious text message from my craig list post stating they would pay by paypal and add an additional 800 for shipping and I needed to pay the shipper through western union

Received text from this number about sale of very, very expensive oil painting on Craigs list.  The person inquired about painting and was willing to pay 50K without actually seeing the painting.  Thank you for this site, as I would have insisted on flying to Texas to deliver the painting and  I probably would have ended up hurting someone if they attempted to scam me, Barney MMA.

This is a scam...they contacted us after placing an ad on Craigslist as well...they wanted to know nothing about the car - just kept wanting our Paypal account information.  SCAM!!!

I texted this number for about 15 minutes after I posted an ad on craigslist. This number needs to be investigated. They tried to get my bank account number from me, but I would not give it. They also said they used PayPal and wanted to know if I have a PayPal account.
