I just called them.  Asked that our phone number be removed from their calling list.  Was told that it would take 2-3 days for our number to be removed from their dialer.  Let's hope.

I got this same 361-992-3060 call this morning; said she was calling on "behalf of the American Diabetes Association";  I hung up; looked it up on Reverse Lookup -- registered to "Heather L. Graham, 1901 Rodd Fld. Rd. #197; Corpus Christi, TX 78412; also, "Heather Green" & "Heather Lynn"; the American Diabetes Association has a 1-800-342-2383 number.  Don't give or give out important info., like your credit card # or bank #s over the phone to anyone.  If they're calling "on behalf of . . . ", it's more than likely a scam.

I receive a call daily from Futuremarket TE, but the number is 1-361-992-3033

These people call four or five times a day. No one is ever there.

this so called Diabetes Association calls my house at lest three times a day. I try calling the number and it is no long in services. But there many other  number with 361-992-3060. Their are  361-992-3070 , 361-992-3033. I am keeping track of than. It drive me crazy day after day the some crap.

Several calls from this no. and am on the Do Not Call Registry.  States Future Market TE on my phone.

I get a call from this number at least twice a day. Hours don't seem to matter. I called the number back and got some generic answering machine saying "Please leave your message at the beep." I told them to stop calling or I'm calling the police.

This company has been calling my fax machine for a month.  I have called them several times telling them to stop calling my fax machine.  I talked to a lady today and told her that I have asked for the calls to stop several times.  She said she is taking the number off.  I also reminded her we are on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  She said non profit organizations are exempt from that rule.  We shall see.  They stopped calling our home number when we mentioned the DNC list.

keep getting calls from this number.  have answered and gotten no response.  They ?  keep calling.  How can I get them to stop?

Receive numerous calls from this number on a daily Basis for the past three months. Since I did not recognize the number I have never answered the calls. I looked up the Numer and called from a pay phone, it is from the "American Diabetes Association". They can receive your number from previous Organizations you may or may not have donated through, even if it was employer contribution. They are exempt from DNC Register - since they are "Claimed" to be non profit organization. I spoke with a representative from the Better Business Bureau, from the state of Texas.  She suggested each individual file a complaint w/ BBB so they can begin to track and monitor. The representative stated, the more complaints received the better.  Hopefully this will help ??

Harry Morgan called,  said he was from American diabetes Association.  I asked why caller id said Futuremarket,  and he said he worked for the FBI. I asked why he had an accent from Asia he said he was calling from the Phillipines.  I told him I was on a "no call list" and that he had broke a federal law by calling me.  He said that the FBI and the Diabetis Assoc. work together.

The VP is Curt Wiedren, 1802 Ennis Joslin Road, Corpus Christi Texas 78412-4338.  Curt's home number is 361-994-1447.  Call him anytime day or night too.  Just make sure you have your caller ID off so they have no idea where the call is coming from.

They called several times a week, but when I answered, they just hung up. Called them back and they said the call was "computer generated" and they would take my number off the list, and that it would take 2-3 business days for it to be taken off the list. HOPEFULLY. For people who keep getting called, phoning them back is probably the best way to make them stop.

If it is indeed the Diabetes Association, when I looked on donotcall's website it said that charities, political organizations, places that you do business with, (and maybe one more that I can't think of?) are exempt from this and are legally allowed to call phone numbers that are on the do not call list. . . .

I imagine that's how they're getting around it.

It upsets me too though, as I get at least daily calls if not more frequently.  Including weekends, and early and late hours.

Kept getting calls every day, looked up on internet to see where calls are coming from.  Called the number left a msg to be taken off list.

They call here every day--day after day--sometimes more than once a day--I never pick up when I see them on caller ID.

I called the # back after hours & got a recorded message. It said that they (didn't give a name) were "probably" calling on behalf of a nonprofit organization that did not have to follow the Do Not Call rules. It gave an option to leave a phone number so as not to be called again, but I hung up.

Future Market Te from Corpis Cristi Texass for the Diabetes foundation of America (or something like that). From what i read on other forums, Her telemarketing firm only gives around 34 cents to every dollar to the diabetes foundation. In the State of California, It is illegal to call someone more then once if you tell them to stop. there is a 1500 dollar fine per call that goes into the pocket of the person who receives the call. or at least it used to be a law. I saw it on a TV news station about 2 years ago. You have to have the police put a tracer on your phone. make sure you answer once you know the tracer is on (takes about 2 weeks to setup) then tell them stop calling. When they call again, you make a polce report. Everytime they call after is going to cost them money

called @ 6:45PM on a Sunday- wouldn't indentify the company & asked for 8 of our neighbors addresses so they could send them an "information packet". Told them we are on the DNC, will file complaint with FCC if they call again.

These people call my residence at least three times a day, every day.  While I was out of town after Christmas, my caller ID showed they called 12 times.

Have been receiving calls from this number for many months - sevral times a day.  They never leave a message when the machine picks up

when I answer the phone they hang up. I use *69 and 361-992-3060 is the number that calls.

I too get many phone calls from this number.  I just called it:

361-992-3060

asked to be put on the do not call list - the lady was very helpful and professional and took my number and said it should take effect shortly.

Who are these people and why do they not have to abide by the Do Not Call rules?  I get at least one call a day from them.  Their name and number show up on caller id, but when I answer there is absolutely nothing there.  No recording, no heavy breathing, no nothing.
