Getting calls several times a day including weekends.  How do I get it to stop?

I keep getting calls from this number (Future Market) and I am on the DO NOT CALL list.

I too am on the DO NOT CALL list and I got a call from this same number. I tried to dial it back and the phone froze on "Connecting". It took me about 3 minutes to finally get it to shut off. I had to unplug both the phone and phone jack and leave it out for 10n seconds before it shut off. BEWARE!!!

FutureMarket Telecenter.  When they call me they mask their company name, and Caller ID just says "Unknown Name."  They're a telemarketing scam trying to raise money for American Diabetes Association, only the charity only cents on every dollar they bring in.

I just called it back and got a recording saying that "most non profit organizations are exempt from the do not call law, but if you leave your number and ask them to remove it from their list they will" within 2-3 business days.

361 992 3063 is coming into our main number at least twice each day. They just hang up when our receptionist answers the call. Our security department called the security department of SBC and we were advised that this behavior is a criminal activity known simply as "telephone harassment."
I have placed their inbound calls on a divertor to record the frequency of their calls and a complaint with SBC and authority to prosecute.
All of the major telephone companies have this service. Everyone can avail themselves of it. Just call your local and long distance provider.

I am on the do not call list. These people call just about everyday.

I believe Charity Organizations are NOT effected by the Do Not Call.  Was told they can call.  They are not selling anything.

Tired of it. Why do they hang up?

They have now called several times within the past few days, using the 361-992-3070 number.  And I am on the Do Not Call Registry.

Called me today at noon.  361-992-3063   Called them back at that number.  I said "Hi, I'd like to be put on your do not call list".  The lady was very friendly and respectful.  She asked for the number, read it back to me and said "it takes 24-48 hours to be removed from our list".  I said thank you...and that was it.  Easy to do.

They are working for a non profit so they do have the right to call you even if you are on the DO NOT CALL list.  You have to be asked to be put on THEIR do not call list as well.

I get a call from this number about once a week, and ignore it, but today I decided to answer and tell them where to go----and nobody would talk to me.  If as others have said it is asking people to send out information on diabetes and as for donations, I have been asked to do this before and just go ahead and let them send me the packets and then when the packet is received I don't follow the directions.  If I remember right you have to pay the postage to send out the information and then when people send their donations(?) back to you, you have to pay postage to send them back to the given address.  Every year I tell them I don't know people that can afford to send a donation(the people I know are very low income), and that I won't do it, and the reply is well try and I say OK and they send me the information and they never hear back from me, and after the deadline when they call back I tell them I told them I wasn't going to send the stuff out.  I am also on the national do not call list, however, being I am diabetic I imagine at sometime I checked into something that therefore takes me off the list for their purpose.

They call every night after 845pm.  I pick up and no one answers!

I get several calls a day, I do not answer since I do not kbow who is calling.

They've called here numerous times. We are on the national Do Not Call registry.

It's annoying as sh*t but it's not a scam.  The company is working on behalf of the American Diabetes Association to get people to collect donations.  Tell them to stop calling you and they will (or rather, they should).

Called 2/8/08 10:08 Central - Asking for my wife (this is my cellphone.)  Said not there and they said ok, and hung up.

This number keeps calling me.  One day it will say the name "Future Telemark." on my caller ID, and when I pick it up it sounds like a fax machine, and then the next just this number will show up.  When I searched for this number on google, this website popped up with the same call details.  I am on the "do not call list" too and use to work for the attorney general's office, so I will probably turn the number in for them to handle. I encourage everyone to do the same.

The way that the dialing machines work is that until a final disposition is achieved the number will continue to be dialed so that is why there are numerous attempts to reach you.   The machine will only dial your number 2 times within a 24 hour period.  

We display caller ID as required by law so that you can request to be removed from our files at any time by calling the number displayed. I will also have a  full audit of your phone number pulled for your records.

I have verizon and they have a service called CALL BLOCK..
It works! I blocked them and never hear of them again.
