I was getting several of these from Futuremarket Telemarketers and I called them and requested my number be removed and customer service said my number will be removed in 2-3 business days. We will see.

Got a call from 361-992-3070...caller ID said Futuremarket Telemarketers.  I was home but did not answer after looking at caller ID...let the answering machine pick up, they left no message.  What do these idiots think an answering machine is for?  If you have something to say...LEAVE A MESSAGE...if not, don't call.

This company has called numerous times in the last several days without leaving a message.  Call 361-992-3070 to get your name removed from the list.  The operator told me 2 - 3 business days.  We'll see

I just got a new phone that has a call blocker built into it. Every time I get a junk call I just put the number on the call blocker list, and they will never get thru again. So far in 5 days I have 7 of these numbers blocked. I recommend one of these phones to anyone who has a big problem with these calls.

Keep getting calls from this number. We are on teh no call list PLUS we have Teleazapper. never leave a message. It's annoying

This company continues to call my home at all hours of the day and night. When my answering machine picks up they do not leave a message.  We have to put a stop to this.

Just got the call, I did not pick it up.  No Message either.

Am frustrated with this organization.  Was gone last week - and had 13 calls on caller id.  This week am home - have picked up 4 times to have them disconnect the call.  On Friday, asked to be removed from list.  I was told 24 - 28 hours.  Since I am now being bothered during conference calls (they are calling business number), I called back - now being told 5 business days with Sat and Sunday not counting (seriously - because they MADE calls on Sat and Sunday - therefore, they ARE business days to them).

My home phone is on all the No Call lists and it is non-published.  These idiots started calling my home anyway using another number (361-992-3060). I blocked that number and now they are again calling my home with the following number 361-992-3070. I have now blocked the 361-992-3070 and we'll see if they use yet a different number to annoy us.

I received calls atleast 2 to 3 times a day from the Futuremarket Telemarketer and they do not leave a messages either.

They just called and didn't leave a message.  I went to their website and requested to have my number taken off.

Unfortuneatly, if they are doing charitable or donation work, the DNC does not apply.

This is another annoying call I keep getting, no message is left and I'm not answering when they call because I don't respond to numbers I don't know.

Same deal. Called them back, after the message tried to leave my number to remove me from the list but the mailbox was full.

Did not answer, no message left.  Call came at 2:37 P.M. Sept 16 2008.  This is the same number that called me for days, at all hours of the day and night three or so months ago at which time their calls stopped as soon as I listed their number on this website and on the no call list website as a complaint.  Hope they aren't starting up again.

I received the call about 8:50 PM I answered and got a live person, requested to be taken off their list, they are calling AFTER MY DAUGHTER IS IN BED!
Last night we had a call from unknown abt the same time.
I thought there was a limit on how late they could call, but hey I am on the do not call list too, alot of help that is!

Caller ID only shows 361-992-3070.  They ring twice and hang up.  Called last night and again this afternoon.  I am handicapped and move slow so they hang up before I can even get to the phone.  So very annoying. The national do not call list won't do anything because they are soliciting for a charity.

They did not leave a message on my answering machine.. this is first time they have called..  They were not willing to leave a message thus giving me impression that they are shady characters.. I think they are just random dialing.

No massage, several calls a day.

I get calls all the time from this number - even Sunday evenings and early mornings.  If I do answer, no one is there.  If the answering machine picks up, it is just dead air for a few seconds, long enough to leave a "message" on the answering machine.

Usually, I ignore unwanted solicitation calls hoping they will 'go away.'  I have been on the Do Not Call list since it first came out, and it has helped.  This one, however, seems to have slipped through the crack...

What got me about this particular call was first the hour, 8:58 PM??  Second, when I asked some pointed questions to the caller, I was directed to a supervisor (Carol Holmes) who politely offered to remove me from their list.  More importantly to me, was how 'evasive' she was about their relationship with the American Diabetes Association (ADA).  It just didn't feel right...

When I hung up, I went to the ADA web site and found a link for suspected fraud reports.  I filled out the required information, have a tracking number and am waiting to see if I get a response.

I am not sure of the legal ramifications for this type practice, maybe legislation needs to be expanded.  But, I believe as I read from previous complaintants on this site, that the ADA and its' cause is the one that ultimately suffers.  I hate to say that, as I have elderly parents with diabetes.

PRIVATE TO BE ABUSED BY THESE PEOPLE. THERE IS NO JUSTICE IN THIS COUNTRY ANYMORE, THE EVIL ONES GET AWAY WITH ABUSING PEOPLE THAT MIND THEIR OWN
