keep getting calls from the number at all times of the day and night.  How do you make them stop?  you can't block them, I tried

Same as above; Indian called. Told him to F**k Off. Recommend all of you do the same.

We received four calls from this number over a two day period.  My best answers included a request for the caller to identify which of my computers was haveing a problem (we had five windows options that evening) and my comment that I would be reporting the number to the Ohio Attorney Generals office, which is in my plans.

Got a phone call from this number and said calling from Microsoft. I said right and hung up on them. Said cant hear you.Bye.

We have been getting Repetitive calls from this number sometimes the very deeply Indian accent claiming to be from Microsoft and sometimes, no one is there except an automated machine after few seconds says Goodbye. Very annoying because these calls have come at very late or early hours of the day and disturbed the family like 10:45 PM and 6 Am! Wish they would stop. Bunch of cheaters & low-lives. What can we expect?

this phone 363-525-1412 called at 9:34 p.m. and woke the family.  Said something I could not understand. Called earlier in the day. Wanted to argue with me.  Said they represented Microsoft.  Also said they were in New York City, Yet had an India accent.  Very hard to understand.

Getting lots of these calls claiming to be Mircosoft. Scammers. Can cost you $100. Of dollars to fix your computer.

This number called my house at 1:00 am. Before that they called from another number 854-856-9874 at 10:14, 10:50, and 11:51.

Man with a heavy Indian accent called and said he was from Microsoft and I had viruses on my computer.  He directed me to turn my computer on and follow his instructions.  He took me to a website  and had me put in a code.  Then he wanted a payment of $300 to remove all the viruses that were showing and keep my computer from crashing.  I argued and he hung up.  All of the icons were removed from my screen saver.  I called this number back and couldn't get through.

I just got a call from this number but I didn't answer. I got 2 other calls from another number earlier today claiming to be a tech from Microsoft and I hung up on the first call... didn't answer the second call. I wish they'd get a legitimate job!

This number calls my house phone CONSTANTLY!!!!  When I pick up and answer, there is no response and 20 seconds later, a recording says "Goodbye" and disconnects.

When this number called our home phone, I answered and an automatic voice just said "good bye" and disconnected. I tried to call back to tell them to stop calling, but the number lists as disconnected.

Person called with heavy indian type accent telling me she was from Microsoft and i had a virus on my computer. Said i needed to turn it on and follow her instructions. Haaa. Yeah right lady. Like Im that stupid. I said we have virus protection and our computers were fine. She said virus protection will not help against this attack.  Whatever lady. Goodnight. Click!  FRAUD.

I had the same message about my computer having malware.  Why can't we find these people and do something....

Just got a call from them telling me they are calling about my microsoft computer and I said I don't have one and he still proceeded in a deep accent to try to talk to me. I asked can you speak english and he tried again, I said what company are you and he said and argues with me in this manner that he is from the technical support dept, I said what company and that is what he kept telling me, finally he hung up cause I refused to play by their rules.

I have received several calls from that number also.  Usually no one says anything when i answer the telephone, except for one time when the caller said the same thing to me about the error messages, etc.  I just humg up.  My ID caller does not show the number, but I can get numbers of callers from my television.

Caller with an foreign accent indicated that he was calling about my micro soft computer. That they had been receiving error messages from my computer that contained malware viruses. When I told him that I didn't know how that was possible since I don't have a computer. He says, "oh" and hangs up. Scam!
